I'll never allow these people near my truck again . They showed up on time, and that's about the best I can say about them. I had to leave right after the tech showed up to change two trailer tires. When I returned you can see where he put my wheels on the road to change the tires. So of course my wheels are completely ruined with scratches and my automatic tire inflator wasn't mounted back on the hub he just left it hanging off the wheel. So don't worry I'll finish the job I paid you to do. Never trust these people to complete a job nor to actually not tear up your stuff on what they actually do

What ever you do don’t open an account with this company. When I was a cash customer they had fair prices on the tires I was buying. I was told if I opened an account I would get a better price on the tires and would get a casing credit on my old tires. I opened that account and the tires prices shot through the roof. Also had a hydraulic line blow In Lansing Michigan. I found the line and called to see if the Lansing location could put the line on. They said bring it in they are located directly across from the people making the line. I was quoted 105.00 for the line from the maker of the line. My bill shows up and they marked that line up to 320.00..::Also charged a 26.25 late fee. This is after I had to call them and ask them why I haven’t received an invoice for the work that was done.Long story short, no account and always get a price before you let them touch anything. First time or two the price will be comparable to other commercial tire companies, then the prices JUMP up without notice or warning.Just bought 4 new trailer tires from Pomp’s tire and they saved me some serious money per tire…. Called 3 different companies and JAM was the most expensive with a similar tire from what I had quoted from other companies.Service: Tires

Had a flat trailer tire and was close to them. Popped over. They were incredibly efficient, great staff that gave a shot and prices were really good. Highly recommend if you need help. They also do 24/7 roadside and they are now our preferred service for the Michigan area.

My truck was in their shop for 2 1/2 weeks for a wheel alignment, bearings, tires and a ac recharge! When I finally get the call that my truck is finished, my ac still isn’t working! I call the company back and tell them that my ac is still blowing hot air ( mind you I’m still sitting in their lot) the guy says “ everyone has went home the the day” everyone was still there! Again my truck has been there for over two weeks and I literally asked the workers about my ac 3 or 4 times! Worst experience ever and I’m not gonna get into how they over charge me!Services: Tires
