Just bought a 2019 F350 diesel. Bernard is the kind of car salesman everyone hopes for. Down to earth, upfront and honest about everything. Toni in finance did a great job explaining where all of my money will be going for the next 72 months. Hats of to the guys in service for the spotless prep job. If I didn't know any better I'd say it was a brand new truck. Overall wonderful experience. Thanks everyone!

Bob Pugh, is an amazing trusted sales person! I moved to Clare Michigan, because I trust Bob’s knowledge, know he works hard for me and what I want in a vehicle. I just completed my 3rd lease from him! He not only drove 2.5 hours to deliver my car so I didn’t have to miss work he brought me donuts knowing that I just moved days ago! Dylan Towler is my salesperson, one of the best. He keeps an eye on our cars through out the lease and calls us with updates when available.Just bought my new truck today, process was seamless - even hooked up my phone with the truck before leaving!!Would recommend the dealership and Dylan at Jack Demmer.

Great experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle! The sales team was very helpful scheduling a test drive, answering my questions, and had great financing rates. My sales person was very straightforward, honest and never pressured me. Would recommend Jack Demmer for your next vehicle!

We bought a new Escape back in January. Our sale person forgot to add one of the rebates that should have applied to our purchase. So we were told, not to worry. That the company would just mail it out to us in a couple of months and this still hasn’t happened yet!! Also our back tail light was cracked upon delivery of our vehicle and was promised to that it would be fixed in a couple of weeks and it’s only been a couple of months, like 10 months and counting!!!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership!!!

I have been taking my car to Quick Lane at Jack Demmer four many years. I believe they are very honest and they are always helpful ,keeping my car in good running condition. I also like the fact that you can usually get your car fixed within the same day. I do recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

My escape had a recall. I called jack demmer and left a voicemail, didn’t get a call back. 2 days later I decided to use the website for an inquiry on an appointment and got a call back first thing the next day. They were able to get me in the next day & even offered to have someone come fix it at my house (I live in Trenton). Jaden came and fixed my car within 5 minutes of being here! He was so nice and efficient with his work. I’ll never go anywhere else for car issues!

Customer Service….??Where has it gone??The staff at Jack Demmer Ford has NOT lost sight of it! I drop my vehicle off for a recall. From the moment I entered the service department, to the time I checked out… The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive!I took advantage of their personal Uber service… What a friendly conversation, heading back to work! I do not recall the names of the people… But, it was the entire staff that made my visit, enjoyable!

Got a new Bronco this week, beyond thrilled. Harley Fisher and the whole Demmer team are amazing. Stayed later to make sure I got to go home in the new car after getting off work. Friendly, helpful and top notch people here, strongly recommend them for your vehicle needs!!

Mark Puls was excellent! We just bought our new car today, and he took care of us, he was patient, kind and respectful. He was very understanding of our budget and was more than willing with work with us to stay within that. The process was very smooth and less stressful than we though it would be. It was really refreshing to have such great customer service after being dismissed at other dealerships. (please promote mark!)

It was a smooth car buying experience. My sales associate worked with me through the entire buying journey, from putting in the custom order, updating me throughout the build, and working ahead of time to have the deal all drawn up and ready to go on delivery day. Each department/person I interacted delivered the highest quality experience. My expectations were far exceeded in every way #homeofthebronco.I love my new ride! I wouldn’t have worked with any other dealer.

Cleanest dealership we’ve seen! Professional staff, easy to get to, and fair pricing on our Outer Banks Bronco. And it was a pleasure dealing with Mark Movsesian! He has been at Demmer for nearly 40 years which speaks volumes about the dealership’s ability to keep good people.

Great overall experience. Salesman Bernard was knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to answer my questions. The young lady in financing was very helpful. They found me a lower interest rate than my original bank!!!
