I took my 10 yr old niece here with an appointment, no wait , it took 2 1/2 hrs. Very nice job and it was pain free . Our braiders was very nice. Will go back

Don’t even waste your time. I mean LITERALLY! They tried to charge me $2oo for something it look like a 5th grader did. Nobody asked for boxed parts. To be honest I never knew Senegalese Twist to have boxed parts in the first place. I came all the way from Detroit to get my hair done because I came here in the past and they actually did a wonderful job. Tonight they rushed and took a chance on me being a simp and completely pay for it. I could have saved my gas and time had I known they were planning on giving me the beginners special. They completely played in my head. Had to make them take the mess out. No maim no sir! WILL NOT RECOMMEND! I’m telling you now to save yourself the trouble!! Why would they even waste their own time like that is the real question.

I came on a Wednesday to get my hair braided for my birthday on Saturday, I bought my own hair. When I showed them my hair that I have been using since I was a kid they try & tell me they can't use the hair it's to soft & what not they don't know the style. In the end had hair just like the kind I had but act as if thy didn't know anything. I asked for small box braids. When I was done they tied a knot at the ends of my hair which I told them I didn't want, the braids was smaller then small box braids, they called them micros which I didn't ask for. By Saturday while celebrating my birthday in Vegas I began to loose braids mostly from the front of my hair. When I called to let it be known the lady was very rude as if I did this to myself on my birthday. Didn't say that it could be fixed or no kind of solution after I just paid $200 dollars for my hair days before. Coming back from my flight and it only being a week later I am now missing a total of 6 braids from the front. I will never go back to this unprofessional over price no respect for the people who pay for your services shop again. Please do research and read reviews because who want to waste their money.??Service: Braids

Stylist and owner are so pleasant and go out their way to make sure your pleased with their services. Take my granddaughter to get her hair braided quite often and they can style hair just like the style picture I showed them each time. Great work. You will not be disappointed. They even provide the hair; you buy your own accessories.

I've been to this place a total of 5 times. My experience was good all but 1 time ( my 2nd visit) when I paid 180.00 plus a tip and my braids was looking like I'd had them for 2 months and it was only 3 days. This last time I was there from 11:30 until 5:40 I really wasn't pleased with the sevice today. I'll be looking for the lady Freda next timeService: Box Braids

Went in for a 9am appointment Thursday and they were right on time! Not only did they do a beautiful job on my long knotless box braids but I was done before 12:30pm! I will definitely highly recommend them to anyone because of their work and professionalism. They might be my new go to braiders now!

I had a 9am appointment i had to wait on them to find someone that wanted to do my style. Once they did I thought everything was cool. My head has been hurting since I got this style im thinking it’ll loosen up not the case besides that the back of my head has twist super big &I really feel it was a waste of money & i cant see myself ever returning I work hard for my money & the fact my hair was thrown together is terrible.Service: Twist braids

I came here to try Senegalese twists for the first time and was very happy with the experience! I had only had box and micro-braids prior to this and was a bit confused about what style of twists I wanted. The ladies here were VERY patient and helpful until they (and I) were sure of what I was looking for. My natural hair is on the longer side, but they still manage to finish the job in under 5 hours -- wash and blowdry included! (If you decide to get it washed, they are more than happy to use your shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in if you bring it -- which I would recommend :-). )Everyone here is very sweet and professional. The ladies here are great and professional. I love my knotless braids. Service took about 3-4 hours. They have multiple people braiding your hair for faster service. Great environment. My braids last me a long time. A few of my friends also go here and love them as well.

I love it here! I have been coming for 3 years and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Grace is reliable affordable and fast. Most shops if there is more than one braider you can tell the difference in the braid pattern at Grace shop you can’t all the ladies are good, pleasant and professional.I always get compliments on my braids so I’m forever given out their shop number! Came here a few times. Each time my hair came out very pretty. Neat parts. Got box braids once and knotless bohemian. Lasted 2 months. I go so many compliments. Can’t wait to go back and try some color.Also got my daughter hair done 3 times. Twice it came out not so well and looked nothing like I asked but the last time I went I explained my disappointment and she listened to my concerns and did my daughter hair very well. I know now to ask for knotless for my daughter hair each time because her hair is thick and long.Service: Box Braids
