It's very irritating that they close at 8pm and even 7pm sometimes!! I live within walking distance from this location, the only place within 3 miles to load cash app. In the summer, my brain thinks it's much earlier in the day, so I often find they've already closed. Took me a month to realize they close EVERY night at least one hour early, and 7pm on Sundays. Also, they don't follow their own return policies, which I find shady and a bit suspicious.

The website says they close at 9 but I've came here on 3 different occasions around 8:30 and they're already closed and sitting around inside.

Sometimes there's a polite & friendly staff. Store sometimes straightened out. But store hour's #1 should be posted on the door & #2 100% the online hour's should actually match the stores hours. When you actually get to the store!!!!

Terrible customer service! They’re always smoking right outside of the door and you have to wait for them to finish before you get rung up. It’s horrible having to hurry up and run in or run out of the store because you don’t want to smell or inhale their cigarette smoke! The short haired raspy voice lady I believe her name is Cheryl (manager) is very rude. She yelled out at me “ I KNOW “ when I was simply trying to see when the store would actually be open being that it was after 9:00 a.m. Then told me it would be 5 more minutes before she unlocked the door. They make up their own hours and put up a handwritten sign in the door of when they will be back. I only continue to go to that location out of convenience but for now on I may just have to go further for a better / customer friendly location.

I brought a chair from there I never noticed but it broken I had the receipt for it but sent it over 30 days ago they take it back the receipt doesn't say anything about 30 days you better look at everything that you buy from there it's a scam they could of taken back 4 me I wanted to buy some else

Zero. I went to the family dollar in wayne on Michigan ave it was 940 and the blond lady was rude in telling me they were closed. Well why were they closed. That's what I'd like to know. When clearly it is open till 9 pn the website and till 10 on the phone. Thanks for nothing.

This was the cleanest, most organized, well stocked Family Dollar store that I have ever been to. The cashier was very polite and efficient.

I have been a customer at this location and it was a great place till they hired new employees and found that they close to unload their truck and closed a hour early and continue to get worse the guy that is managing the store is very rude and acts like he can make up his own store hours I won't give my business to this store anymore

I'm reporting them today. They are currently breaking the law by not taking back bottle returns but they still charge bottle deposit.
