I came straight to the one star reviews and it's all the same faulty cars and faulty paperwork. That would explain how the salesman just said it would be 8k down on a 20k car. With a straight face!. Shop elsewhere.

Love this place! I messaged them about a vehicle, test drove and bought it all within a few hours. They worked with the credit of a recently divorced mom and did everything! Ordered my plate and are looking into a trim piece for me because the tire blew and took the trim with it! Billy is the real MVP and told me what needed to be done in plain, simple English and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. Gave me his personal number to contact him whenever I needed anything for the car! Small establishment, great people!

At 65 yrs. old I've purchased over 15 vehicles new and used in my lifetime. And in all that time I have never dealt with such a scandalous, dishonest car dealer as Drivewise. They tried to sell us a 2016 Edge that had been T-boned both doors on passenger side didn't close right because of the major accident it was involved in. Another vehicle they tried to put us in a had a junkyard motor in it. They wasted 5 1/2 hours of my time in which time I repeatedly requested keys for the vehicles to inspect them and requested to test drive them repeatedly but was not afforded an opportunity until they had the paperwork on the 2016 Edge ready to go. Upon driving the 2016 Edge it was clear there was serious front end damage as it vibrated when you turned right or left. Once Mike the manager found out we were not interested in buying any of his junk he refused to return the title to the vehicle we were going to trade in. Mike called the police on me and filed trespassing charges because I was there trying to retrieve my title which he never did give me. No big deal the quality Toyota dealer that we purchased from got us a quick title the very same day and sold us a wonderful car unlike the junk they have on the lot at drivewise. BEWARE!

Terrible place they tried to sell me a car they said had no problems but after the test drive it was found to have problems they also stole the title to the car I was going to trade in after mike told us that he had the title when we got there they refused to give the title up and then called the police on 67 year old grand father. Josh barley kept us updated I spent 2 whole days there and Josh sat on his phone the entire time.
