I do not understand why At this particular location, the ATM machines outside are always broken and they never get fixed for like a week. They don't have an atm. In the drive-through so you have to sit in a long line that goes out to the street sometimes. And you're waiting anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes just to deposit 10 bucks. This is not the 1st time I've complained, but obviously, This branch does not listen to its customers when there's an obvious problem. It would also be nice if the Chase corporation itself would stop closing down all of the branches in the area. This is why there's so many people at this particular location, because the next location over is on the other side of canton and that has the same problem. Atm machine is always broken and nobody is ever fixing them.

I really liked this bank. I've only gone there for a few months now but until today there was no problems but it had the worst customer experience ever by phone today. I had to call the 1-800 number in order to get someone to literally listen to my problem and then clarify it and then give me options for results unlike by phone where I was told you're wrong and there's nothing you can do about it. Pretty much was the basis. No actual listening, no questions and surely no concern in the voice. If it wasn't for the 1-800 number I would have probably left Chase.

This Branch is extremely unprofessional and the branch manager Elizabeth English is ineffective, Rude, and unreasonable I attempted to file a formal complaint and instead of her taking my complaint and providing the information that I requested she kept making excuses for the unprofessional and malicious behavior of the Teller she said “her teller was a trained professional so she could not have made a mistake with the transaction, and then stated “you signed it right” she also stated “that I was upset and just wanted to call the branch to yell” I guess the fact that I wanted the fees taking from me in error refunded back to me were no concern of hers! don’t bother going to this branch save yourself some money and a bad day there are others in the area that are much more professional and pleasant.

I want to thank the bank manager for her kindness and helpfulness. She answered all of our questions. It's not easy losing a love one and having to close out and tie up loose ends. Thank you for your kindness and warmth. I know it meant alot to my dad and myself. It's nice seeing smart, beautiful young women working in high positions. You definitely know your banking.

If you say this is the best bank, you must work there! Chase is doing the same bad business for decades from my experience. After being my mortgage company for 13 years, I called to see what COVID relief they had after being laid off. They put me on a forbearance, but didn't explain the balloon payment at the end. Chase then sold my mortgage to a predatory collections/mortgage company names Midland. We need to unite and sue this unethical bank. Message me on Facebook, and perhaps we can hold this money hungry bank accountable.

Worst branch ever, the staff is just plan slow and rude. I am closing my credit card as well as my checking account because of this branch. My brother is going to close his business and personal account also. Now it's my goal to get people to switch from chase now.
