This review is being written by the perspective of a non-business customer. This company services office equipment, mainly printers. I needed my Brother laser printer fixed and they were listed as the nearest authorized service center to me. I dropped off my laster printer on August 28. I knew going into Labor day that there was a slim chance that my printer was going to be fixed let alone looked at before the holiday so I called the following Friday. They still had not looked at it. I called a week later and still nothing By then, I completely forgot about it getting it fixed and bought a new printer. But, I paid $30 just for them to look at it so I wanted either my money back or my printer fixed. I called again on Friday after about three weeks. A gentleman answered and took my information and said that he would call back when he got a chance to check. No call back. Finally, this past Tuesday, Sept 18, I called and the guy that answered said he didn't know, transferred me to someone else and the guy on the phone said that my printer has been done for about a week and that they have been trying to call me. BS. I haven't had any contact initiated by them ever. When I asked what was wrong with the printer, he said he didn't know. Didn't know? This guy was the tech who was in charge of fixing the printer. So I am thinking at this point that they knew they messed up and hurried up and fixed the printer. This place is completely disorganized. No one was at the office to receive me when I came the two times I was at the location. I had to yell through the window until someone heard me in the back. Calling yields no answers when inquiring about your equipment. Very frustrating. If I were to do this again, I would most likely buy a cheap printer and just buy a new one when it dies because paying to have it fixed is not worth the hassle.
