“I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because it absolutely deserves it. My fiancé and I came here because Nyla at the Wayne location off of Michigan Ave treated us so badly. Thank goodness we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michele Crissman. I can honestly see why she is the Assistant Branch Manager at this location. She went above and beyond to provide phenomenal customer service. Not only did she accommodate us, but she showed empathy and had compassion for our situation. I cannot stress enough how much gratitude and appreciation I have for Michele. In my opinion, she deserves a raise, a promotion, and a plaque on the wall for being the most dedicated employee. Enterprise needs to recognize how much of an asset she truly is to this company.This location is spacious, always clean, smells nice, has lots of vehicles in their inventory, offers plenty of parking, and will go the distance to make sure you’re 100% happy with your rental.Just know that this specific location does not accept cash as a form of payment when you turn in your rental.If I ever need a rental in the future for any reason whatsoever, I will most definitely come back to this location. “I was dropped off an hour earlier and expected to wait for my car. Staff processed my electronic paperwork and I was off in my rental car in 20 minutes. Great upgraded full sized car too. Very gas efficient. When I returned the car, staff was friendly and quick to check it out. Great car for a couple of days and great experience. Btw, I took pictures of the car before and after.. just in case an issue came up. No problems though. I have rented from this location before and they are 4/4 great.”

“They were awesome! They responded within a hour. My bad, I had My phone on silent due to work and forgot to change it back so I didn't hear it when they arrived. I thought they would've knocked on my front door but I didn't know they had a policy against that. But they had tried to call me several times that I didn't realize at the time. They responded to my text and sent the guy right back over and he got my car working right away. So five stars and high five for their office person and tech who responded. “The customer service we received from Khaalidah was amazing. She was kind and patient. She let my father call our Canadian Visa bank to figure out an issue with our card, took probably fifteen minutes. She laughed at our cheesy jokes, even complimented some of them. She was truly a joy at the desk to help us. We were also confused about extra fees as we reserved for over $300 on wiseguys, to be hit with a $700 charge ($200 deposit) to which we still do not understand. She was very kind and just explained the fees to the best of her knowledge, as she is not responsible for the way they charge. I personally would recommend the service, but not the cost ? thanks again Khaalidah for the great start to visiting Detroit for the first time.”

“A few weeks before needing it, I reserved a compact SUV from the Middlebelt Rd Budget Car Rental for a week long vacation. When I arrived to pickup on a Thursday morning (this location opens at 7AM during the week), they had plenty of cars in their lot and there was no line inside. The agent was on the phone but quickly ended his call to assist me. He was welcoming, friendly, and took care of me quickly. He added another driver with no problem (they were present with ID) and walked us outside to show us the vehicle. He had us do a walk around and sign a form showing there was no damage to the vehicle and I was on my way.The car itself was in the same class as I had reserved, was washed, cleaned, and had no smell on the inside. It was a great vehicle with 30K+ miles and performed as expected.The return went just as nicely with a different gentleman assisting the drop off. Again - there was no line, he was friendly, courteous, and provided a receipt for the drop off, and thanked me.Both customer service interactions as well as an excellent vehicle experience has put this Budget location on my list for future rental car needs. Great job!”

“1st I want to be clear I've rented from this Avis before and I'd recommend going here over the airport any day. However, my issue is Avis. They encourage you to Prepay to lock in rate and vehicle which I did. Yet, had something come up returned a day early and I mentioned this at the location I was told to contact Avis. Next day I did and guess what Avis has a no refund policy. So I'm never pre-paying again. I was told by rep on phone they have a "No Refund" policy. So you prepay. Something can happen and you just out that charge.”
