I have hired Susie several times over the years. I have never been disappointed with her work ethic. If I could give her a million stars I would. She is an organizer and a social worker. That makes a difference because she will never judge you about the state of your house. She is very accepting of individual differences. This last time I hired her, I had just gotten diagnosed with advanced arthritis in both knees. I was in a lot of pain so I couldn’t contribute as much to the cleaning as I had in the past. I was worried that there wouldn’t be as much progress as before. She really stepped up. She was bringing me boxes to sort. She was vacuuming and sweeping. Significant progress was made. You may think that her hourly rate might be a bit steep but Im letting you know that she earns every bit of what she charges. She pretty much does the work of two people. She has some elderly clients that she helps with just basic maintenance. So she is used to working with people who have mobility issues. Also she listens to your needs and forms a plan around those needs. All this and she is super sweet and very kind. I’m so happy that someone like her is on this planet!!

Susie spent several days with me helping me to go through items stored in my garage, 5 closets and various other areas in my home. Her system of dividing the items into Donate, Trash and Relocate helped me to make decisions and de-clutter, simplify and organize my home. She even drove two car loads of donations to a local Goodwill. Susie also purchased some bins to help me organize my items into an easy-to-find system. Most important, Susie did all of this with patience, kindness and good humor. I really appreciated her professionalism and approach with me! Thank you, Susie!

Sometimes you just wanna give six stars.I just finished my fourth 3-hour session with Susie and I can't say enough great things. I moved into my current home in a bit of a rush three years ago, and never really had the time or energy to completely unpack and make sense of what goes where. Add to that a killer work/volunteering schedule, then COVID disruptions, then a serious health scare, well, I was in a really rough state and needed someone to come help me figure out what to do with all the stuff left from consolidating multiple homes into one. This is NOT a service for something like an estate sale where you just say "handle it" and wave a magic wand - she walks through everything with you, helps you figure out what's going to be most useful and functional for YOU, and does all of this without the slightest hint of judginess - if you can't physically move stuff or do some things, she can help with that, but in my particular experience she was more of a facilitator than a hired hand and we worked as a team to get things done. It's important to note that she usually works with clients in three hour sessions, even if you go with her 12 hour package or even more time, because she told me that it can be overwhelming and she was absolutely right! I normally would have to take a short break every 90 minutes just to take a bit and comprehend the scale of everything we were doing. Her background in social work is an absolute plus, because she's able to meet her clients where they are, and at the same time maintain the appropriate professional distance. I'm a very private person and can be a bit odd about allowing people into my space, but I never felt uncomfortable with her. We had some great stories to tell one another and I enjoyed her company as we worked, but after our last session, I didn't feel as if I were suddenly attached to her or couldn't let her go.I still have a bit more minor work to do on my own, but Susie was precisely what I needed to feel like I am finally in control of my own home, and if I ever feel that control slipping away again, she'll be the first one I call. ❤️

Susie was very helpful when we had a family member with a medical need to change around a room/living quarters quickly. She was responsive, professional, and flexible. She was very helpful in organizing things and putting furniture together. She was also very patient and listened well to the needs and specific challenges of the client as they worked together. We feel lucky to have found her so quickly and would absolutely use her services again if needed.

Susie has amazing skills --especially her ability to use her past experience as a social worker to meet people at their point of ability and need. She worked --successfully--with an individual with developmental disabilities who was overwhelmed by an abundance of possessions. She helped the individual develop a strategy for sorting and discarding items and paring them down to a manageable level. Most importantly, she left the individual with a strategy for moving forward --all with leaving the person feeling positive and capable. Would highly recommend!

After the death of my spouse, Susie helped me to clean and organize my garage, laundry room, kitchen and bathrooms. She did an amazing job of helping me to sort through items and prepare them to give to family and friends, keep, donate or throw away as needed. Susie also installed various items to help me to maintain the organization. Most important, Susie helped me through a difficult and emotional process through her exceptional listening, empathy and humor. Thank you Susie!

I called Susie for help in decluttering and organizing my Mom's house. I was tired of not being able to find things and my mom having limited access to the house. We worked at a good pace organizing closets and rooms. We threw things away but there were also lots of donating and recycling. Susie was good at helping each of us realize what to keep and what what to get rid of. She made the overwhelming job not so bad and there was progress week after week until we could reclaim the closets, bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, livingroom and music/craft room. I didn't think we would ever be able to clean the basement with 50 years of built up stuff, but with a team of organizers and about 10 hours over two days we got the bulk of stuff out and there was the basement. We still have the stuff we need and want but with Susie's help we again have a house we can find, access and use the things we have without tripping over everything else. She will work at any pace with relentless enthusiasm because she enjoys the art of organizing even when we don't and are overwhelmed. If you need to reclaim your house or just organize a room call Susie. She is great at her job.
