“Owner speaks with customers directly, and he is personable. Not like a larger commercial storage facility where you don’t know who your renting from. Facility is clean and spacious and good price.”
“This location is not secure but the owner is great. We've been here several years and Glen is always responsive and helpful. The aisles are wide and clean, but be careful making your turns at the ends of the rows. Our unit has always stayed dry and clean. If you're leaving here just be careful of traffic driving by too fast!”
“I tried setting up a monthly auto pay. They consistently tried to charge a late fee even after 3 attempts to correct their mistake. I was then addressing my issue with the district manager who blatantly lied about my bank cancelling my charge. And they still tried to charge me late fees when I had proof I signed up and proof my bank did no such thing. Horrible service and out right ignorance. I got out.”
