The staff was extremely kind and compassionate! The level of care we received from them made our experience so much less stressful, allowing us to grieve for our loved one without worrying about the details. Would highly recommend putting your trust in them during such difficult times.

Kobiak and cook funeral home was a great place to have the celebration of life for my husband, they were very kind and respectful and cared for me during my needs. They never pushed me into spending more than I needed. I was very pleased. They accommodated more people than expected and never charged me more. This is a wonderful place to have a celebration of life.Patti Burnett

Kubiak-Cook did a great job providing our family with services for my grandfather. We prepaid for what he wanted and were able to choose things ahead of time. Everything turned out beautifully. The night of the service was a terrible blizzard and the staff was kind and patient with us even though not many people could make it. We’ve used their services in the past and do recommend them, we have always had a good experience.

The employees at the funeral home were compassionate and welcoming. They handled all the arrangements with confidence. Made this tragic time alot easier by taking care of the family and our concerns. Thank you for the attention to details and just caring.

Kubiak-Cook will handle details as simple or as extravagant as desired for a loved one's final service. There was no pressure to do more than we desired but it was offered so we knew it was available. Our service was very simple and personal the staff kept a low profile but were available throughout the service.

I just wanted to share my experience today with the funeral home. I live in Florida and va very close family friend is having their visitation today and I couldn't be there so I ordered flowers to be delivered. I was having trouble tracking my order on line and after getting no where with the flower company I called the funeral home and wonderful lady named Delores answered I explained my situation and she didn't even hesitate she said let me call over there and see if they were delivered. I gave her my name and a description of the flowers and my phone number. Within 10 minutes she called me back to let me know that yes they were delivered and they smelled wonderful and we're beautiful. She really put my mind at ease and was very warm and caring. Wonderful place for such a time of need. ?Thank you Kelly Tokarchick

I would highly recommend Kubiak-Cook, and give them a 5-star rating. I dealt mostly with Don (Wayland) throughout the process of planning a funeral for my recently deceased father; he was absolutely wonderful - compassionate, organized, offered advice, completely supported me in whatever plans I wanted to make, and handled some last minute hiccups with grace and professionalism. I also dealt with staff in the Grandville location and they too were professional, helpful, and quick to respond to my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Kubiak-Cook to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one - they are great!

When my youngest son, Parker, suddenly passed away 6 months ago I wasn't planning to have a traditional service but was talked into it. My oldest son chose Kubiak-Cook. It was and still is a blessing. They treated our family as if we were a part of their family. They still continue to amaze me. Thank you for going above and beyond. It is appreciated and a blessing

Buyer beware...this place is a fraud out to make money on the deaths of your loved ones. Two years ago, my fiancee walked in willing to spend good money on a quality urn for his recently deceased father. He talked to the director and asked for his best urn. It was supposed to be the best he had. It's a Terrybear Black Radiance Adult Sized Urn, 2502L. It was marked at over $700 dollars, and the director offered him a discount of nearly $200. He paid $500 for this beautiful urn and was told it was handcrafted, gold engraved ... the whole nine yards. Come to find out, nearly 2 years later, it's a cheap urn that doesn't sell for more then $70. How can someone in the business of grief profit so much at the stake of our loved ones and their death? How is that moral? How is this right? Buyer beware...this business is just out to make a quick buck any way necessary. Is that who YOU want dealing with your mom, dad, grandma, daughter or son? It's absolutely disgraceful and should make every patron of this business sick to their stomach. Do NOT trust Archer Hampel & Kubiak with those you love.
