Me and my fiancé went in there tonight for the midnight madness sale, we went in looking for a new belt buckle for him and a hat for me. We found what were looking for, the hat that I found I asked to take something off and they had no issue with it. We also had are 1 year old son with us I was walked out because he was getting a little loud. While my fiancé was paying for the hat and buckle. He came out and told me that they charged us for the feather that came with the hat. He felt as if we were not looked at the same as other customers. This is not the first time that he has had this happen to him.

Jackson's is the best western store in Michigan. I have been coming to this store for 25 years. If they do not have your size or the style you're looking for they will help you get it ordered. Absolutely love this store!

We went here on Sunday to purchase some new boots, but no one offered to help us. It wasn’t very busy, and we saw several staff members but felt so ignored! Although there were 4 people behind the counter when we walked in, they looked at us but we weren’t greeted, we browsed the store for over 20 minutes and not a single person would even look in our direction. Two younger women on staff literally stood at the end of the isle about 4 ft away from me talking about the different horses they’ve owned and training them, and I felt weird interrupting them to ask for help. We will definitely not be coming back in the future. We’d prefer to spend our money where we are seen and valued.

Nice store a lot of selections but while we were in there I felt like the one lady was staring at us the entire time we were just browsing. My daughter was petrified of her, if my kids wouldn't have been upset I would've had them put their items back and left I just thought it was like she was a security guard and even if you smiled at her she was not a friendly person.

I really enjoy the store and selection of products. The only thing that I can say that was a negative is we drive over an hour ride and my wife and I will comb the store 2 or 3 times before we make our selections and I feel it makes the sales people uneasy like we are scheming or going to steal from them at which point they make us feel rushed and uneasy. Otherwise a great little store and have never left dissatisfied with my purchase.
