Called Harrisons to get my trim seals redone and the guy on the phone was rude and said that my boat is to old to work on. I have a 1994 Yamaha 115 outboard with a brand new lower unit. I just wanted new o-rings and seals for my power trim, the guy didn't care about any of that and kept saying that my boat is way to old to work on. Who cares how old the boat is? Called back and talked to a woman who said she would call me back and never did. This place has no customer service.

I'm just have to say, year after year Harrison's never lets me down. Tim's customer service is the best I've seen in this area. I always feel like he's trying to help me out with problems I might have with my boat, jet ski, or dock. It's really nice to see a place with such great customer service.

I have been taking my boat to Harrisons for over 15 years and have been well taken care of every time. I had recently purchased a used boat from Harrisons and Tim made the process seamless and easy. I've used other places in the past in the GR area, but none treat me as well with service and honestly like Tim and Sue.

I had been interested on several occasions in stopping in for my boating and lakefront needs but after being rudely talked at for looking at a boat sitting on the roadside in front of their shop that was apparently another customers I think my mind is made up that my patronage is better served elsewhere.

Outstanding customer service and they were really quick. Stopped in to get the propane topped off in the RV. The price was good and I was back on the road within minutes.

Installed a new used impeller and bearings in my Kawaski 900 for a reasonable price. It's now 2 years later and still working great! Completed the work for the price quoted. I buy my lift parts here as well. Has nice selection in his store.
