I like going here in the morning to get food for my lunch. They are a little more expensive. The young guy who works the counter early in the morning is very friendly and polite. The manager and the girls that come in after that not so friendly. These employee are so unhappy, no good morning, no smiles, they all look pissed off or in a hurry and sometimes short staffed. A lot of times these are the first peoples faces they see in the morning, so smile, say good morning. Now that leads to me believe the company doesn't treat there help good or they are just plain unhappy working. So as Corporation maybe give these employees something to smile about and they will reflect that out to there customers.

The men’s bathroom doesn’t look like it’s been cleared in months! The manager said it’s been cleaned but it looks like a trailer park managers cleaning job! Absolutely disgusting!!?

Absolutely disgusting bathroom. Got a sandwich and it was rock hard. Needs new management because I would be ashamed to work here with the place looking like this.

Really wish J&H would put money into updating this station. They could extend the sitting area out to the West by about 10 feet. Have larger bathrooms, Update the Diesel fuel pump area as hoses seem to always be leaking. STAFF is great and very friendly and the FOOD...WoW good!!!

Shower had not been cleaned before giving it to me to use. Trash was in basket on the floor. There were no paper towels or soap near the sink. Toilet needed to be flushed and hair and debris everywhere. Light in shower area is burned out. Looks like there has been no upkeep to this shower in days if not weeks. Should have said something to them right away, but more and more kept being found and by then I had started my shower. When I got out of shower and brought it to thier attention they said they were short staffed and were sorry. Should have never been left that way!

I stopped by the Exxon gas station on 142nd Ave this weekend to fill up my gas tank and grab some slushies for my kids. The inside of the gas station was clean and well-maintained, and the one employee on duty was very friendly and helpful. The slushies were delicious and refreshing, and my kids really enjoyed them. I would definitely recommend this Exxon gas station to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and efficient place to fill up their gas tank or grab a quick snack.

Convenient but poorly managed. Fountain drinks are mislabeled as a lower price. I was charged $1.75 for a 32oz beverage labeled at the cup dispenser as $1.39. Theft by deception?
