We were visiting family when our F150 alternator went out. We had 3 days until we had to hook up our travel trailer and head back to Nevada. I called Tom in the service department and he got our truck right in and got it repaired. Thanks a million to Ed Koehn for going out of their way to help us out-of-towners!
