Every time I stop here Google says they are open, but every time that have been closed. I haven't seen this store open in 2 years.

Closing time is 7 and I showed up at 6 to get a new phone and they were closed. Change your times if your not going to be open.

I had excellent customer service yesterday from Hassan. And I watched as he politely multi-tasked for his many customers. He didn't want me to leave until all my questions were satisfactorily answered. Thank you!

Doesn’t ever deserve one star. Dude that works here is a joke and should be fired, your paying him to sit there and do nothing, he lied to my face and another boost worker on the phone and told me he couldn’t get my account number for me when he was just too lazy to call the dealer support like your supposed to.

The one I went to isn't very knowledgeable. He says he is but when you go to the other stores they tell you the right way. I have never had good luck with the one in Wayland

I just bought a Samsung A20 from this location yesterday and the salesman working there was very professional and helpful. He saved me quite a bit of money and made everything simple, even installed my tempered glass screen protector and phone case for me! I had AT&T before which was iffy on service and definitely had NO service at all at my house but now I have great service everywhere. I can't remember the fellas name but thank you! Happy customer here.

Clean store. Wasn't bombarded with sales. I wasn't impressed with the help. I went in to have help troubleshooting my phone. I'm not receiving all texts and or calls. I just purchased the phone in October and was told that it couldn't be fixed that I needed a new phone because it was to old. I know people who have way older phones that have absolutely NO problems receiving texts and photos and calls. I feel the employee didn't do his best to help me.
