Took my mother-in-law to the walk in clinic for back pain. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of Luke N.P’s examination and ability to ask questions in a way she could understand as well as delving into her answers for clarification. It was refreshing to have an examination that didn’t start with a diagnosis but the diagnosis actually came from the thorough examination. Thank you for the respectful treatment and great medical care.

In and out in under an hour. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the provider, FNP Mashni was kind, courteous, and very pleasant. Highly recommend this WIC!!

Went to urgent care for burns on my hand and a broken toe. They gave me a shot of something that did NOTHING for the pain, and put a bandaid over the injection site...omg....don't ever let them do that to you. The injection sire swelled like crazy and so did the adhesive site for the bandaid. They don't know how to treat burns or pain here...

I've never went there before but I took My Mom there yesterday because her doctor wanted her to be seen at the hospital because of her oxygen and heart rate. They was very rude from the time We got there until We left. Every question I asked they answered it ALL in a rude way or like I'm supposed to just know what they are talking about and or they didn't like me asking questions. The girl was nice that was taking blood but didn't know what She was doing. Forgetting stuff She needed after sticking My Mother with the needle, having to ask me to go in the cupboard to get stuff She should have gotten in the first place. They left blood just laying places. It was a mess. Still never got both sides of blood they needed for the culture or her blood just left EVERYTHING LAYING AROUND. I had to pick it up and move it out the way. Four things of blood plus the two cultures they had to redue on the one side they was able to get and didn't even do the other side like they said. I WILL NEVER bring none of my family there again. I don't trust them at all. I don't suggest going there but that was our experience. Hope and pray for anyone else that goes there. They don't care about the patients. It's a paycheck for them. I was worried about My Mother. I wish I would have gotten pictures.

Today My mom and her friend went to the walk in clinic to try and make an appointment for her daughter to get labs done and there were 2 ladies laughing, whispering to eachother and making fun of my mom and her friend because hey didn't speak English

Definitely make an appointment to see your primary doctor, because they literally are not warm and caring here. Two times I have been in the last 2 months, once Er, very poor care, the radiologist was very warm and friendly….. I’ve had a rough last few months, my girls lost their dad, and I’ve been really sick with the flu, then another virus! I work with public, I often get emotional because I don’t even like hospitals but I thought I needed an antibiotic, did not want to give me one and tried pushing otc meds! I know what my body is telling me! Maybe this hospital should listen to their patients and hear what they are actually feeling instead of being cold and condescending!

Checked in ER quickly and saw dr fast enough but the wait for X-ray results and nurse never answering call button, not good experience. Finally, just left. Guess you got to just fix yourself at home. Completely useless and waste of time at least in Watervliet

If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would....but this er nurse...darker skinned Indian or mexican...name was Ashley, honestly was so disrespectful and rude....that's me being nice....

Worst staff I have ever delt with the Mexican nurse (wasn't allowed her name) told me how to take or speak to my kid when I steped out of the room for a phone call. It's very rude to tell people how to raise their children. She gave me nothing but an attitude from the moment I came in an when I told the supervisor I was told nothing can be done about it beasied a talking to. I I would really like her name so I can report her to the board to directors at the hospital because I don't take kindly to people being rude because I'm white.

Check-in Lady extremely helpful and pleasant. So nice for a mask to be optional. Hospital appeared to be clean

Most of the time a long wait even if you go in there with a schedule appointment for a test that shouldn't take more then 10 minutes or so
