I have been going to this car wash for a while now and I always treated nicely until today. I was driving my patient car and we decided to wash her car we took the basic wash and we were given the nastiest look from the worker I think he’s the owner. We paid cash and asked for a receipt because I wanted to give my patient her receipt. He then gave us a receipt with only the name of business place and the location the total amount and date were left blank. I’m not sure if he woke up on the wrong side of his bed this morning.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in because my truck was muddy.. u go to a car was to wash dirty vehicles. The guy was super rude an was complaining my truck was dirty. Will not be back. If u don't like ur job change it. Obviously this car was doesn't wash dirty vehicles only clean ones.. smh.. disgraceful

I have lived in the area for 30 years and have always taken our cars to this car wash and been pleased with the wash and the service, until yesterday. I was in a rush with my daughters car and just wanted a quick, cheap wash before I returned her car to her. When i pulled in, I told the attendant, who I believe to be the owner, that I wanted the basic wash and handed him my card. I got the nastiest look, and a very angry response of "ON THE CARD?" from him. I was a bit taken aback as he has never said a word to me in the past, but I usually do pay in cash. I assume he was angry because I was putting the cheapest wash on my card and I'm sure they have to pay a fee for it, but I didn't have any cash. Regardless, if you accept cards, you have to know that people may actually want to use it to pay even with the cheapest wash. I'm not going to be bullied into paying more for something I don't want, JUST because you don't like the card fee. I didn't see any sign that said there was a minimal wash for card purchases, just that VISA and MC were accepted. Anyway, after all these years, I think I'm just going to take my business somewhere that it will be more appreciated.

I always have a good experience with this car wash. I've tried a few others around Waterford, Pontiac, and Auburn Hills, but none seem to clean my car as well as this crew. There is no towel dry service after the wash, but that doesn't bother me any.
