Nate got us in last minute on a Sunday to do an auto check on a used car we are considering. Very professional with great explanations and even showed us on the car an issue of concern. He ordered parts and is addressing the brakes same day. He helped us feel confidant in our purchase! Highly recommend him and this auto shop!

Had a 2010 Ford focus tow there told them the trans fluids probably a little low and the trans coolant lines need to be replaced. They called back the next day trying to sell me a $2400 transmission and a $1200 install. I had to get it towed somewhere else and ended up paying $350 to fix the problem. After saying I was having it towed somewhere else the staffer followed up with we are able to find you one cheaper. They didn’t check what I asked them to and they tried turning a $350-$500 repair bill into a $4000. Money hungry and greedy. This shop contains up sellers who don’t care about you.

Recently moved to the area of waterford wanted to share some work with the local people instead of giving my business to big corporations. Mistake!! This place will take advantage of you if you let them there is nothing wrong with my Grand Prix the steering wheel is off just a hair other than that she drives perfect. Just asked for an alignment and this place is telling my my rack and pionon is bad yet no noise, grinding, nothing drives smooth had the car since 08 I know it better than my wife it came first.

My daughter went up here to get an oil change and tire rotation. Came home with a cab full of smoke and smoke from under the hood. I popped the hood, and there was oil all over the manifold and near the fill area. They didn't even attempt to wipe up their mess. The price was right, but their laziness and a lack of using a funnel will keep us from coming back there again.It's not a good way to start up a new business.~Just sayin

Walked out to find my car with no oil due to recent oil change at this location went there yesterday because the car kept saying low oil level just to be told it needed to be topped off also was quoted 1300$ for brakes will never return.
