“This veterinary practice certainly understands cats. Very knowledgeable, very patient and gentle with the cats; They do not sedate them when they don’t need to be. They know how to handle cats in a gentle manner with a towel. I brought my cat in, not knowing he was in DKA, which was the result of another vet, putting him on prednisone and not monitoring him, or seeing him when I complained about him losing weight And wasting away. The other vet (One who prescribed prednisone ) refused to see him stating he wouldn’t tolerate an exam because he was too vicious. It is difficult to get an appointment but well worth the wait because they are TOP NOTCH !”

“My year old kitty was very sick, stopped eating, stopped playing, was very lethargic and throwing up. His vet wouldn't see him for a week which was unacceptable. I called Airport vet and they got my sweet baby in the next day even though he wasn't a current patient. The were so kind and gentle with him, turns out he had pancreatitis. They explained everything to me thoroughly, showed me the blood tests and x-rays. Got him some in office treatment along with meds to take home and got his records from the previous "vet". Two days later he's back to his playful hungry self! Airport Veterinary Hospital is his place now and I will always recommend them to other animal parents because they prioritized his care and well-being.”
