I've been dealing with my phone service going in and out for 10 days, with only wifi took a 20 min trip to this waterford store where Adam was the single worker there. He spent an hour doing exactly what the previous store did when all I was trying to do was get a replacement phone. Instead I was left with the phone even worse working zero service completely not even able to sent a text, which I was able to do the entire time. Having taking an uber to the store, I told him I had no way to get home in 14° weather. When I got upset, he called me a douchebag and forced me to leave the store or he will call the cops. Other people also came into the store he never acknowledged them after 20 mins they left. I've never been in a verizon store so terrible.

Aden the assistant manager was Extremely rude and confrontational for having to answer questions about my plan. I don't know how someone who displays this kind of behavior can be assistant manager. I would give zero stars if allowed for absloutly terrible customer survice.

I went in yesterday to return an iPhone that wasn't activated properly. I couldn't make calls on and my bill was 303.00 when it was supposed to around 110.00 with our internet package. I was also given a "free upgraded modem" which I was charged for along with the modem we had in our house. And we're being charged more now for that modem that we never asked for...Definitely strings attached.
I cant express to you how degrading, aggravated and insulting Aiden was. He was an entirely different person from the moment he saw my verizon bag in my hand. He had helped me set up the plan and phone in the first place and was so pleasant before. He was rude, told me to "sit in silence" when I tried to ask a question about if I could call support since his system was down. He cut me off when I tried to speak and when I asked him why he was treating me that way he said, " If you can't sit there quietly ill have you removed for trespassing and call the police". I said I didn't understand what was happening, and he threatened to call the police again and told me to leave. Confused, scared, and in the middle of a panic attack I left and immediately called the local police to see if what he's done was legal but the police just said to find another store to go to. I went to another 2 stores where everyone was really wonderful. I plan to leave those stores and emploands glowing reviews. After about 5 hours and 3 locations I freed myself from the non working iPhone. I'm Switching out internet today as well. I have pretty serious panic and anxiety attacks and that makes me pretty agreeable and soft spoken that horrible employee nearly put me in the hospital for a cyclical vomiting episode. If theres avenues i can take to report him and that location ill be doing that today as well. -100 stars

Here right now to help my grandpa transfer his stuff. They had 1 guy working on a Sunday. Not his fault but dang, staff your store. I’m a manager and used to work for Tmobile years ago. So many people waiting in here. A guy was waiting so long he left. We were here around an hour. Finally me & my gramps were next, then two ladies walk in the door, cut us in line and the guy working knows we have been waiting, yet starts helping them for an hour and completely ignores us. We never said anything or gave any issue, we just waited patiently. Really frustrating especially since we were not wanting to wait here forever. If you come here, might as well cut right in line and push others aside because that’s what they allow 🤷♀️

I just left furious. Luke waited on me. I was there at 740pm. I was the only there. I needed to cancel the phone numbers on 2 of our phones. Luke said you cannot do that at this location. You can only cancel a phone number at a CORPORATE location. I asked his do I know which locations are corporate and he told me to google it. Luke stated you can only a phone at this location you can’t do anything else here… you cannot make changes here. You can cancel anything here. He was hateful with zero spunk or ambition. He never smiled. He did not say hello or goodbye or thank you. He didn’t even want to tell me his name. I had to drag it out of him. When I got there he came out of the back room. I think he was mad I came in 20 minutes before they were closing. But if he doesn’t want to work for those last 20 min of the day then he should not get paid and go home. If you are open until 8 pm you should help customers until 8 pm. He was moving in slow motion and talked low so you couldn’t hear him without moving his mouth. And said his computer wouldn’t give him any info on the account. I don’t think it was on. Most cell phone stores have employees who are extremely upbeat and happy and smiling and trying to upsell you on products and services. Not Luke. He looked depressed and disgruntled and had zero pep or enthusiasm. He either hates his job or just hates customers. He needs a factory job where he doesn’t come into contact with the public.

Aiden the store manager was ugly rude. After being sent to the store from customer service for a new Sim card Aiden advised me I didn't need one because my phone was working- he would not allow me to explain that it had been working intermittently, he sent me on my way with a "Jesus Christ , just call customer service, Next!" I wasn't rude, didn't raise my voice - nothing that would remotely call for the response. I went down the road to the white lake store. Got a new free Sim card and problem solved. Do not go to this store the "manager" is a total tool and useless.

I was driving to a very important doctors appointment because I have a really serious health issue going on. For whatever reason my phone charger decided to break and got stuck in my phone. I came in and Drew was so nice and helpful and got it out for me and he evenbrought up the fact that our plan might be able to be lowered so I’m going to contact my parents about that. I am so thankful I was driving by at that time and so thankful for you guys. I am glad I am a Verizon customer.

My data has been breached. Someone has hacked into my account THREE TIMES now. They've changed my phone number to theirs, and Verizon just lets it happen.
