My packages are never delivered. Amazon, UPS and Fed Ex never have an issue but according to the USPS my address is always incorrect and it it never is. I called to find out if they had my missing package and the man who answered was so rude and nasty before I could even say anything.

Carrier didn’t want to delivery my cat tree. I found out they lied and said “ customer requested held at office” not only did I not do that but they didn’t even leave a peach slip to let me know that it was here. Called over 10 times and no answer at the office to get it delivered like I paid for.

Mail carriers drive on lawns, take out sprinklers and lights, and this USPS annex responds to complaints by not delivering your mail. Go to UPS or FedEx.
