I just got my eye brows cleaned up & upper lip! I have been going to the same woman for 9-10 years and she was outta town!!!!! The female that does the waxing does not know how to follow the directions given by the payee! See y'all later!
Requested style: When I requested exactly how I wanted them done and obviously she wasn't listening but in sale's and retail, you must be alert, pay attention to detail!
Cleanliness: They were ok, they were VERY busy, but you must in those lines of work, tell the truth, be honest and see just messed up

Two employees were arguing over who would do my nails. They were both sitting around on their cell phones. Finally one decided to help. I should have left then. I witnessed the other one be rude to someone that asked for her assistance.

Do Not go here worst pedicure I ever had!! Now think I got the deluxes (most expensive) pedicure…and when I left my feet was still looking like when I first came in!! They did not do cuticles. Did not do massage. Just let your feet soak and towel dry. The guy just rub lotion on my legs. When I asked why u didn’t scrub he said we don’t do that, only use brush. I had to ask him to clip my cuticles.. Like come on! Don’t come here unless you wanna GET RIPPED OFF!!

I went here on Mother's Day expecting to have a good pedicure done and the older lady with the Bob cut messed my feet up. She had nail polish all over my toes and then when I showed her and asked her to take off the nail polish and I'll wait for another tech she had the nerve to get a attitude. So I waited for the other lady and she fixes it. I paid and on my way out the door the older lady going to yell out loud don't come back to her. I noticed how bad their customer service has become and how high their prices are. I won't be coming back.

DONT GO HERE!! This nail salon used old/ previously and unsanitized nail utensils on my mother feet! My mother and sister has gotten severe toe nail infections from this place! My mothers toe had to be cut open at the doctors to get the infection out! Both left and right foot is infected! She is having trouble walking

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was close in the area and needed my nails done and they took me right away for dip. The lady had the dip all over my skin and used cuticle scissors to remove them. She cut my cuticles till they were bleeding. Got them done Tuesday, today is Thursday and all my nails are chipping. My dip at other places usually last a month with no chips. I’m so disappointed.

AT FIRST I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE MY NEW SPOT. NOPE...MY NAILS BROKE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. THEN I RECEIVED THE WORSE PEDICURE EVER!! AND I NOTICED THEIR TOWELS ARE FILTHY AND THEY'RE NOT SANITIZING ANYTHING. WILL NOT BE BACK

they are money hungry didn't even do my nails or lashes right. I went on Thursday night. my lashes are falling off it haven't even been a whole 2 weeks. don't let the older lady do your eyebrows. she will not do them right. they nail products are cheap. I ask them them to fix my lashes , nobody wanted to help. I will never come to this nail shop. their service is horrible

So I started coming here this summer and all I gotta say is amazing I only get pedicures because I'd rather have my toes done in the summer lol, they are great and if you have to wait it's usually not for very long!! I am very happy this is now my go to place!!!
