Tony is an honest man. I went with an expectation of getting soles on my shoe replaced. He offered several options and said that it was probably not worth the expense.Appreciate the honesty and business integrity. He has my future business related to his expertise.

took in a pair of clogs and was able to get a strap put on them, they turned out looking like oem! I am really happy. I almost donated these shoes, but now I can wear them. Thank you!!

Paid for strap repair and it ripped within a week. Instead of offering to repair it for free they wanted to charge again for the exact same service that should have been done correctly initially. The person working the counter was even rude about it

So helpful. Helped me design my cosmetic boot repair. The staff was more aware and inturned with what with work with the design. I was so impressed!

The repair on my leather jacket was better than I hoped for. And the price was even better.

My husband brought 2 pairs of my heels here to get recovered. And they did nothing to my shoes. They still look the same. I do not recommend them at all.. total rip off.

Work done when they said, and for the price quoted. Would use again.

This shoe repair business will do a solid job on soles that need replacement and repair. This is not a fancy place, but if you need basic shoe repair and want to stay local, don't let the humble nature of the shop turn you away. This is a long-established business with a customer base that returns. If you need more complicated repairs, you may want to consult them first to ensure they are able to do the job.

Brought in my Red Wing boots to have new soles put in and after two days they started falling off. Had to bring them back three separate times to get it done right and each time the soles were worse than before. Was also not very pleased with the attitude I received from the lady at the counter when I brought them in each time, as if me being there was an inconvenience to her...wouldn't have to be there if they were done right, hun. I find it a shame to write this review as I have heard many great things about Tony's. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to make things right, but now I really wish I hadn't wasted my time and money here.

People were very nice however it was way overpriced and the quality was not there. Got my work shoes resoled three weeks later the soles fell off.

Within 4 days of wearing new orthopedic shoes, the heels on one one pair had worn to the base of the heel, so I took that pair and two others to Tony's shop. He had time that day to add heel protectors to all 3 pair as I waited. Few shoe soles or heels are rubber now, so they wear down quickly! If you don't protect the heels (or sometimes the toe area), you end up pitching them into the garbage even when the rest of the shoe is fine. I have found it is best to have a shoe repair shop add these small rubber protectors right after you purchase the shoes. This will keep them in good condition for a long time. Tony and his wife give helpful advice and stock a number of shoe polishes or creams that also help to preserve your shoes. If the shoes are comfortable, they are worth protecting! I'm glad I found this little shop that this nice couple has run for in the same place on Dixie Hwy. for 40 years!
