Excellent experience. Walked in and had everything ordered in 15 minutes. We went there late Dec. so I knew we waited to long to get it by Christmas and they said it wouldn't be ready until the first wk of Jan., which we completely understood. Well that Friday before Christmas, a lovely woman called to say it was done early, which was an unexpected surprise. My daughter was also VERY surprised when she opened it on Christmas day. Thank you for a great experience.

Absolutely amazing experience start to finish! We used this place for a WLW jacket and the whole process was super easy. The jacket was finished exactly when they said it would be and it looks amazing.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dropped my daughters letter of in March 8. Zero communication from this place on the status. Was supposed to be complete by mid April. I have called multiple times and emailed, still no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! My husband will be driving out there this week to hopefully retrieve our daughters letter and numbers and we will go to Kensington Valley.
