I had my hair cut by Ainsley on Thursday it's now Sunday and I gotta say it really is one of the best short haircuts I ever have had! I have some problems with flipping and odd curling in the past my hair isnt easy and now I can almost wake up and go . I do not even feel like I need to use product. Thankyou AINSLEY

Rachel did not give me a neck guard like I saw the other stylist gave her clients. Wasn’t offered a hot towel afterwards. Overall felt rushed. Didn’t notice until I saw in my car vanity mirror that she missed several stringy hairs on the front. Went back in to ask for a fix and waited patiently with no estimate on how long. After twenty minutes she went into the back and came back and started coloring her clients hair. That’s when I left. Won’t be going to this location anymore.
