Honestly - I cannot understand why Suite 34 is not at #1 on Yelp for salons in Waterford, MI. Arlene has cut my hair, and my families hair, for the last 25 years. She is the only person I would trust to say "I want something shorter than my hair is now. Just cut it." as she remembers what I like and what I don't. Aside from being an amazing stylist, her prices are very fair and reasonable. I may go to a chain haircut place to only trim my ends - but Arlene and Suite 34 will always be my go to place for a cut, color or anything else.

Every time I call no on EVER answers the phone so this last time I drove by to see if they were open and indeed they were and when I went in one stylist was sitting there looking through her phone, didn't even greet me or say can I help you so I asked if I could get a haircut and she responded by saying that she couldn't take anymore customers (she had a lady sitting with rollers in her hair under a dryer) but she did offer to ask the other stylist who was outside in the back and came back to tell me that she couldn't do it either. I won't be coming back, I like Arlene and I think she does a good job but this place isn't run like a business, it seems more like an at their leisure time.
