Suburban Waterford Collision is the best! Had rear end damage from an accident. They worked with the insurance company and coordinated the rental car. Had the car for about two weeks. Looks brand new!!

This dealership/service department is top notch when I come in for service or looking for a new vehicle. My recent visit was fro my 20,000 mile maintenance and was in and out within an hour including my car being washed. Keep up the great service.

Laurie and Danielle are awesome! They were able to find me a truck within my budget. And get me in and out of the dealership so that I still was able to have some free time after a long work day! Laurie always responded quickly with any questions I have had. Michael Barker in finance was also quick and informative. And I can not forget to include Roland in service who is always helpful with and service questions and or services needed.

When I came in for an oil change, I was told the wait would be 1 1/2 hours. I told the young man who wrote me up that I had an appointment that was important and I would have to come back another time. He said he would move me up in priority and I was done in 40 minutes.

I don't usually add reviews to places but this experience left me annoyed to say the least. I needed transmission fluid for my car and it's hard to find since it's a manual but dealerships are known to have it. I called them 6 times and never got through to a person once. I proceeded to drive up here even though it's a 35 minute drive only to be told that they can't go grab 2 things of transmission fluid for me real quick because the service department closed at 3 despite it only being 3:15pm. What a waste of an hour.
