Our experience with this dealership was extremely bad. Horrible communication. They don't return phone calls. The only way I was able to get updates was to show up in person. Our car sat in their parking lot for 4 weeks before they even looked at it even though we had an appointment.

Just picked up my repaired 2015 Lincoln Navigator from Suburban Ford of Waterford Collision shop and it looks and drives fantastic!! Sharr was extremely helpful and made my repair seem like it was the only 1 there. The technicians did an exceptional job repairing my damage, and I would not hesitate to refer them to you.

This review is primarily for the collision shop. I recently took my F150 into the collision shop at Suburban Ford and was satisfied with the repairs, my truck looked good and I was pleased. However, what I wasn't pleased with was the fact that when I got home and looked into by back seat I found parts of my truck that were replaced, I couldn't figure out why I would be given back garbage parts. A few days later when I went to use the bed of my truck, I found more busted up parts from my truck shoved into the bed. These parts were all busted up and they basically used my truck as a dumpster. I had to take care of disposing of the trash on my own. I have been to other collision shops before and this was the first time I had garbage returned to me. For this reason I will not be visiting this shop again, that was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

If I can give zero I would one my wife had her car here for a month because of power steering issues it was horrible one the lady we was working with never answered two we had to call back to back just to check on the car when we got the car we noticed the some body work was messed up another thing she only had her car for 3 months her power steering is back out again locked up on her like it was nothing but they said they fixed it nothing is fix

I would have given no stars if could have. I just bought online from Suburban Ford a 2017 Ford Focus RS with only 7000 miles on the odometer. Paid top dollar. Pictures looked great, had only 7000 miles and the dealership had good reviews so I didn't order a pre-purchase inspection. Bad move. The car has flood damage as seen in the pictures. Rust everywhere. I contacted the dealership and when they finally got around to calling me the used car manager RJ basically said too bad. All sales are final. You really see how good a businesses is when they have to deal with problems. This company fails spectacularly. I'm stuck with a car worth a fraction of what I paid because they failed to disclose the issues. I'm sure they'll respond that it's not their problem. Buyer beware

Having my car fixed at this dealership has been the worst car experience of my life. Dylan is the worst customer service person I have ever had to deal with. There was no customer service and after having my car for 4 and half months there was ownership taken in the fact that my vehicle was still not ready. Then when I’m finally able to get my car it is given back to me with 23 miles of gas left in it mind you there was more than half a tank in my car when I took it in 4 and a half months ago and the icing on the cake… MY CAR WAS GIVEN BACK TO ME WITH NO LICENSE PLATE ON!!!! The whole time these people were rude and Inconsiderate and do not care even an ounce at the situation at hand! I am utterly disgusted about this place of business! I don’t know what kind of operation the manager is running but if this is how he’s gonna let his employees treat his customers that whole location should be shut down! Google makes you leave atleast one star and this location and Dylan do not even deserve that!

My parents have bought and sold many vehicles at Suburban Ford of Waterford, and Laurie Moses has always made each purchase an amazing experience. For our family, it finally came time to purchase a new vehicle and after shopping around, we landed at Suburban with Laurie. The experience was amazing and so easy. We have never had a car purchase go so smoothly. She made the whole experience easy and advocated for us as her customer. Laurie is easy to talk to and not pushy. She makes you feel like family and has your best interest at heart. We will only purchase our vehicles through Laurie from now on!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This shop obtained my car in November 2022 after a deer collision smashed in the front of my car. There were multiple parts delays pushing the date I'd receive my car further back. I received it in February with the airbag light on, which put my safety at risk. My ambient temperature sensor also was not working, and my car made a sound when I accelerated that was not normal. The collision shop did not apologize, but instead stated "Oh that's weird, we had no sensor errors earlier!" and took the car back to "repair" it. The part that needed to be replaced (airbag control module) was on backorder AGAIN, and after having my car for 6 weeks, the airbag light was no longer on, but instead, all of my safety features were disabled, my ambient temperature sensor was still not working, my car still made a noise when accelerating, and there was a ton of body damage to my vehicle. Again, they refused to apologize or take accountability. They also reached out to me to schedule pick up for my car after I already had it in my possession for almost a week. Extremely unorganized. I ended up taking my car to another collision shop for the repairs since this shop was incapable of handling it and was negligent in their "repairs" and had no problem putting me in a vehicle that put my life at risk TWICE. (There ended up being a crack in the air intake hose connected to the turbo that's been causing damage to my engine. It's finally JUST been replaced). Never EVER bring your vehicle here. An absolute nightmare. They DO NOT care about their customers or their well being.

My name Robert Bruce Wish I could give no stars. My experience has been nothing but deceitful constantly tell me the same lie every time I called to inquire as to the status of my truck. Someones out sick or vacation it will be done next or their starting on it this date. This will more then likely be the last time I will deal with this dealership. I did brag about them at first, but after my last 2 times I am truly disappointed ?

Alan Clemons has always been a to work with. He makes my car shopping very smooth and he ALWAYS makes sure I get what I want! Even through my difficult situations over the years, Alan has made sure I had a car that I love to navigate through any situation. I have had 4 cars in the last 4 years and I am absolutely in love with my newest upgrade.

I purchased a vehicle on April 13th i drove over two hours to look and purchase a vehicle and I don't recommend this dealership to anyone the salesman started by saying we don't let anything off our lot without checking it fully over we'll went to start it and take for test drive and it wouldn't start battery connections were bad and the battery was weak well he replaced it of course and made it seem like he did something good, no that's doing what a business should do selling a car had an issue that the windshield was cracked which he stated oh we will have that fixed we only had this car 14 days I explained I lived over two hours away I couldn't make it back to get windshield fixed oh we will have our guy come to you well guy wouldn't for the next two weeks it was back and forth and I explained this is what u promised me otherwise I would've went elsewhere which I should have because when I told him I had 4 witnesses that he would fix the window before I purchased the car he stated and I quote so what you gonna sue me? what? That's highly unprofessional finally he said we will send you a check for the window so u can get it fixed so we can be done smh!!! They do not return calls or emails and it seems they don't care about the customers at all I can say this I will never buy a vehicle from this place again! If you do do not use Mr. Stoll as your salesman and you better buy NEW
