This place is driving me nuts! They are supposed to be open 24 hours, but COUNTLESS times I have gone there between the hours of 2-4am before work and I depend on them being open because not many places are open all night. The person working just hangs up a sign stating the “system” is down and takes off. I understand there are times when things happen and that this could happen once in a while…. But after seeing it 15+ times Ilm a little suspicious. I am beyond frustrated at this point!
REVIEW UPDATE: I also have another bone to pick. I buy American Spirit Cigarettes and they send me monthy coupons online, sometimes for $5 off 2 packs or like for my birthday a $4 off coupon. At speedway, no matter the location, they will only give me $3 off. So here speedway is getting $4 or $5 from American Spirit, while cheating their customers. I think I will be an EX- speedway customer from this day forward.
And to whatever Speedway employee is going to add a comment to this saying that this is concerning and give me a link to send speedway feedback.... I have been there and done that multiple times, to both the store itself and corporate and I have never heard anything in response.

Cops get free pop coffee and everything else, i was told by the manager dirty blonde lady that, NURSES AND MEDICAL STAFF ARE NOT FIRST RESPONDERS, so fyi besides becoming very messy inside, the lake orion location is CLEAN AND AMAZING STAFF all shifts are so nice, i go out of my way to work to visit a cleaner nicer location.

Sad I go to this speedy way everyday Monday through Friday but I asked why I didn't get my 11 cents off my gas today I received attitude well now I will spend my money some where else just lost a long time customer

Dirty!!! Inside and out. Trash all over the parking lot and in grass, building exterior and pumps really needs cleaning. Graffiti on pumps makes some displays hard to see. Inside you're greeted with sticky dirty floors and counters, a cooler that is mostly empty, and food that looks like it's been there all day. Asking staff for anything is an inconvenience to them because they just don't care. I will start going to the Mobil next door.

Place is such a dump anymore, half the card readers don't work, never prints receipt, the number keys on the pumps are soo disgustingly dirty you can barely read them, some of the lights don't work on the pumps so you can't see the gallons or price at night. Much rather go to the mobil next to it, mobil may be smaller but it much cleaner and in better shape. Biggers not always better.

Very dirty and employee was on some hard stuff. Dude was sleeping standing up, eyes rolling in his head and moving as slow as molasses. Straight up zombified by something. Wouldn't recommend.

Came in today 12/31/23 man at the counter did not do eye contact was in his phone not paying attention had to repeat myself twice to him because he was more focused on his phone then customer very sad if you working with people stay off the phone leave that for your free time..........and take down that now hiring sign because I've been filing out applications and you guys never respond back I'm a good worker I'm clean and I will pay attention to my customers first accept my phone

They are constantly closing the store at random times in the middle of the night. At one point I stood outside the door for almost 30 minutes waiting for them to unlock in 20° weather because they had a note on the door that said will be right back systems updating the lady working knew I was outside. I walked up there at 1 o'clock in the morning to get my daughter Tylenol for a fever, and instead of her coming to the door and letting me know they were not gonna open back up. she just let me stand outside in 20° weather for almost 45 minutes to then come and tell me oh sorry we're not gonna open up tonight. Like you seen me standing here the whole time knowing I walked 2 1/2 miles to get there. They should not advertise the store as 24 hours if the employees working are going to constantly shut down to go smoke smoke weed outside.

The girl at store 5542. Leaves store unattended, just to sit in her car night shift.Last night when I pulled in she had a sign that said be back in 30 minutes and she was just coming back from somewhere and had a white truck watching the store

They don’t keep any soap in the nasty bathrooms and the gas dispensers spray gas on your hands even when you don’t pull the lever. 10/10
