While out Uber driving, decided to stop for a quick wash at the nearest place, Sparkle Car wash. Tried using the automatic wash, paid $10 and the wash did not work.
Got the green light after paying to pull into the bay. It said to stop after pulling in but no more action after that. The bay door did not even close.
I want some type of refund or something. I don’t live anywhere close to that area to go back for a free wash.

Nice car wash! They don’t load you up with unnecessary suds. $5 and a little elbow work - leaves your vehicle sparkle-ing!??

I just got off the phone with the owner because I thought I was overcharged - $4 instead of $2.25. He answered, listened to my question and explained the minimum charge for credit card is $4. That’s very reasonable considering it was posted on the wall. I used the manual car wash and it worked great. Look folks - it’s a car wash.

Paid for $6 wash with card. Charged me $10. This is second time it happened. Also the last because I won’t use it ever again. Shame on you.
To add after their response. I was still charged $10 the last time. If it stays $10 this time I will dispute the charge.

The vacuum heads are so wide and the suction is not the best at all. But it was only a dollar so I'll give 3 stars

Owner does not care about you. Bay two hose got cut and before I knew it water is everywhere except on my truck. The owner attempted to wrap tape around the hose as the repair and leaves. My truck was covered in soap and the reset to add more time didn't work either. I had to load a new start to get the soap off.. After getting home and getting out of my wet clothes I added this comment..Stay away spent yoyr money with a business who cares.

Posting this after 4 attempts to use the automatic/ touchless wash bay. The last three times I've been there, the touchless bay is down for maintenance or whatever other reason. It's okay IF it works, but overall, this place may not be worth the drive.

Stopped by just for the automatic touchless car wash. Does a alright job, left with some soap residue and the typical water stains but none the less my car was cleaner after than it was before the wash.
