Hey this Shell Gas Station is tiny but its a life saver. Super good prices compared to other nearby stations with only 2 or 3 in the Waterford Clarkston White Lake area being able to compete. Inside they have a surprising variety of products for the tiny size. Pumps usually work well and i love that they are open evem afternthe shops has closed so i can refill even super late after i get out of work. Ihave never had any issue when using a card. Ive also used cash as well. Both the morning young blonde attendant and the evening gentleman are always courtious with me and greet me so its a good place for me at least. Remember the energy you put out is reflected. Be safeLeveryone and may everyone have a Happy Thanksgiving even these long hour hard working Shell attendants. Thank you for your business in our neighborhood and i have seen it was recently renovated good job.

I have been going to this gas station for 20 years been through 3 ownership changes and tonight was the first time I was refused service and told to leave for trying to buy cigarettes because according to the clerk he has the right to refuse service to anyone…threatened to call cops on me accused me of being high when I requested to purchase cigarettes again he denied me even tho I had my ID. Will not be returning. Such a shame, I have to go out of my to do business else.

Coffee cups are dirty and dusty, cappuccino was not working, no sign on machine. Cashier was pre occupied on her phone she definitely could have been cleaning something. The trash at the pumps were full. Just gross inside and out.

I normally come to this location in the evening. It's always a gentleman working, and he's great at his job he's always respectful, always greets you. But today I come in and the young lady working is on her phone, doesn't greet or say hello doesn't speak or anything and she comes off with a very negative attitude! I find her to be very disrespectful and uninterested in the customers and the store itself. Her phone is more important obviously. She definitely needs to be checked on that attitude of hers. I will never come during the day ever again because of how rude she is. I will continue to come see the gentleman in the evening because he at least shows interest in his customers and speaks to them without attitude or negativity!! And I shouldn't have to tell the young lady to scan my Kroger Plus card when she knows that her job!

Blond young lady in there hates her job. She never smiles and acts like you are bothering her when you are paying for your gas. Someone who dislikes their job that much should find another job.

Never been in this store before. I was very surprised. It's a small gas station but they have a ton of stuff in there. Everything was clean and organized and the cashier Matt was very friendly and helpful. The gas prices are good and you can use Kroger points here to save on gas. I will definitely be coming back. They have electric charger stations too!

Okay, the other reviews are judgmental and just wrong.The selection of snacks and goods that this shell offers is so good, better than most gas stations within 50miles.The best part about this station is the location and the operating hours. The inside may be closed at night but rest assured the pumps will still work! I’ve been saved numerous times by this gas station still being able to pump gas even when it is closed.Kroger points get you 10¢ off a gallon, and no other gas comes close to shell v powerBeen a customer here for more than three years and will continue for as long as I'm here.
