These guys are the absolute best! It can be hard to find an automotive repair shop that does great work, are honest and has integrity, and does it all at a fair price! I'm really glad I met these gentleman!

I agree the woman working the counter was not very friendly. I brought my car in for Air Conditioning recharge. In 2019 they charged $50. This time they charged me $120 for the same thing. I will not be back.

We have taken our car to them two times now. I think we have found the best place in town to work on our vehicles. I will be referring friends and family to them. They were honest, dependable, and reasonable within prices. Great place to take your car to!!

I was so happy to find a mechanic I could trust and have had my Enclave here for numerous repairs. The new girl at the desk is awful. I called to get a quote they gave me for my breaks- I needed just the front. I gave her my name after she asked assuming they would've stored / filed the quote. She started asking me a ton of questions that I couldn't answer. One of them being " What did we quote you before"??♀️ ...I told her that I don't work there so I wouldn't know how to answer all of the questions... that only a person on that end would know. " Did we store your quote?" and " I'm just trying to figure out if we have your quote". Good grief!! It really seemed if she was being a pain because I didn't remember or have the quote and had to call for it. In the conversations she said she was going to give a date to set up an appointment, however, was ready to hang up after giving me the quote. I said I need a date to set up a time and she lost it, telling me I'm being rude then didn't want to let me respond to her. I reminded her that throughout the conversation I've been nice, even toned and just simply wanted to get the quote and a date! She kept carrying on and WOULD NOT let me respond- kept talking over me. I asked " Ma'am could I just get a date please " ? She kept going with " I've got customers in here" and continued to ON and ON. I Asked her for a date AGAIN and she hung up. I'm thinking, WOW all that while customers are there?? Just wanted a quote and an appointment. Really unfortunate that Dawn isn't there anymore ...(fantastic woman)! The mechanics are very down to earth and hard workers as well.With her over the top defensive attitude and lack of patience, I'd bet she'll be dying to argue this review...that I won't be reading.
