Love them another Local Business...only negative, wish they had a way to order item's on line, for in store pick up. Sorry but not waiting 40 minutes in line to special order a rather large purchase item. I understand not wanting to do "on line Sales" however I think you're missing the boat on this one. I know I am not the only one to think this way. Several other customers, were commenting in store re: website and no way to special order. But Great Prices Lots of stuff...lots!! Great Staff

Great place for sports gear and shoes. We buy all our family's tennis shoes here, most times on sale. Sometimes the checkout people even use coupons to discount our purchases even further, which is great customer service! They don't have to help us/let us know about saving money, but they always do. Store is always very stocked, clean, neat.

Nice store, not enough employees.I understand these are different times and it's something I'm sure everyone has incountered everywhere. The store is very big bring your walking shoes ?All the good stuff is at the very back.Good luck hunting ?

Incredibly rude twerp working the checkout. Spoke rudely to my teen and I. He was provoking and seemed to get a thrill talking down to us. Looked as though he could be an unstable person and I wasn't going to stick around and find out. This store is ghetto anyway and only utilized for convenience- I won't go back and will share this negative experience with friends/peers that shop there. I can't imagine corporate would be proud to have a rude troll representing their company. Even though places are desperate for help this kid would be better off being somewhere with limited interactions with people. Maybe corporate can help him focus on tack, kindness and the best insight we all received at some point- treat others how you want to be treated.

I'd give Waterford Dunham's a 0 if it was an option. I've been there a few times, always thinking that it was a one off visit but they are rude each time I've been there. No "Hi" "ThankYou" or anything. Just a bunch of grumpy people working there.

This place is getting neater, cleaner, and bigger every year. 15 years ago this place was tiny and messy and hard to find things. Now it is a whole different story. Fun place to shop.

Store was clean and well organized. Dunham's had all the equipment i was looking for in store (other local chain told me barbell was available online only). Unfortunately, i had to grab a clerk for help who was walking right by me. Then when i asked where to find item, he told me everything was on the floor, then I eventually coaxed him to point to where the item was. Yeesh! The man at checkout was very helpful and even procured a cart for my heavy items.

Terrible service, especially at the gun and ammo counter. Now if you slip "Gator" some extra money he will set ammo aside for you and call you when the ammo truck comes in. Maybe Gator should spend more time doing his job than socializing and setting up his side hustle of taking cash to hold ammo for his paying customers. Don't expect anything to get done as the store manager appears to get a cut of Gators side deals. I now know how this store full incompetent workers stays open, it's all side deals and bypass corporate policy for buddies and extra cash. I strongly recommend staying away from this store until they clean house and get rid of the bad employees.

The store was full of lazy listless employees milking the clock instead of waiting on customers. I intended to make a $1300 purchase. But, after waiting for ten minutes one of the counter apes informed me that I wasn't going to be waited on despite the store's closing time being 40 minutes away. In the morning, I'll take my money elsewhere.

Not sure why the other guy felt it was necessary to leave a 1 star review for Dunham's when he was upset about his $50 work boots lol. NOT DUNHAMS FAULT! Anytime I've needed grips on golf clubs they put them on for free right then and there while I wait (10 mins or so) I bought my fiancé a kayak and I'm a capable guy but they insisted on taking it out and loading it up for me. AWEEESSSSOOOMMEEEE Black Friday deals too! A+ in my book

Purchased a pair of $50 work boots in January, and within 30 days, the soles cracked and they leaked water, making them useless. These boots were clearly defective, or had been sitting on the shelf so long that the rubber was no longer plyable. Returned with them to the store, and was told by the manager that there was noting they could do, and that there was no warranty on them. There is no sense of Customer satisfaction after the sale, and the personnel seemed to be indifferent about the situation. As a result, I had to buy another pair of boots from a different company. Due to this poor Customer Service, they have lost me as a customer.
