The people that work here are generally nice, but sometimes the wait is outrageous. I just sat for at least 15 minutes behind one car in the drive-thru. They definitely need to hire some tellers.

This is a comment about PNC in general NOT about any of the branches. Staff is always friendly especially in Waterford and Pontiac but the online service is the worst I’ve ever known. Plus, if you have to call for computer assistance, expect to wait an hour.

None of PNC's branches are conveniently located for me. I got stuck with this bank when it absorbed my bank. I have auto deposits that make it difficult to transfer to another bank, which I would love to do.

No one would help me in the drive through had to go in side where they walked away when I was up to the desk no one else was in here this is the literal worst experience at a bank

The people here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Had the opportunity to work with Aaron, Robert and Gail on different occasions. My mother has been a long time customer and states it is pleasure to come to this branch bc the staff is so sincere. Thank you.
