Canceled my truck rental the day before my reservation so they could rent the truck to a business instead.... Offered no help and I had to scramble to get other truck from a different company. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend Penske.

Easy to use website and reservations. They had what I need in availability of truck rental and in store packing supplies. Wonderful customer service! A++
