The best furniture and customer service. This is my 2nd home using this company. Ann is so kind and wonderful at her job. She has such an eye for helping you create an amazing looking backyard. Plus she is fun to work with. The young men who helped deliver my furniture were so polite and did a great job. Def spreading the word about this company. Thank you !

This place is great. Not only do they have awesome products, the people are very friendly and helpful. I bought a patio table last year that got destroyed by a storm, and they were super helpful in getting me a replacement ordered to match the rest of the set. I highly recommend this place.

It is very annoying to drive all the way to your location from Farmington Hills based on your hours of business on Google only to find out that you are closed! Who is closed on Saturday? Update your information please!

Palm Beach Patio & Casual Furniture has beautiful stuff and their associates are fantastic. Attentive but not in a smothering way. We worked with Anne and she was a huge help to us. The hardest part was deciding which beautiful set to get. This is what we went with and we can’t wait to receive it. Thanks again to Anne for steering us in the right direction.

My husband and I went there on a Easter Saturday came into the store and looked around. We looked at all the furniture through out the store, then combed the back section of the store came to the front of the store to leave when we saw three ladies behind the counter talking among themselves and not one of them came to our assistance, acknowledged us or even said, "Hello". it's a shame; in the past we bought from them and spent thousands of dollars worth of patio furniture and there was no customer service or an appreciation that we came into their store. We will no longer be shopping with them nor will we be returning. I am very disappointed.
