We keep having to come back for more parts, got helped by Preston this time, was extremely helpful! We literally only come here for our auto needs, we couldn't be happier!

This is a typical O'Reilly, but the staff is helpful. I stopped by because I needed a little block that goes in a battery terminal for securing the screw in the terminal. I lost it, so the young man there told me they don't sell them, but when he gets battery returns he puts them off to the side because people sometimes need them. He knew exactly what I was looking for and pulled out of his little collection! Good thinking!

Had the items that I needed in stock. Fast and friendly service. Would not help to install wiper blades when asked. Next time I'll buy from the competition, who offers to install the blades without me asking. That's a service I like.

Best customer service ever. I don't remember the ladies name but she was a taller skinny lady also the manager. She helped me get an oil filter and fuel filter for my boat. I just have to say that I will now be coming to this store for all my auto and boat part needs. This lady deserves a raise!

The 5 stars are for the availability of products. The staff needs some training or better management. There was a line of 6 of us standing waiting to check out, and only one person was trying to find a part for a guy. The other 3 people were putting stuff away. I've been management for the 2 other large parts stores. I know truck day sucks. But when customers are waiting that long and some walk out while we're all being ignored, that's just bad direction.
