We’ve had our hot tub for about a month now and are so happy we made the decision to go with one from Motor City Hot Tubs. We had gone to about 7 places that were a bit more local to us, but Motor City was well worth the drive. From when we first walked in, we were impressed. The atmosphere of the store was much brighter than others and felt more updated and welcoming. But what made it the most welcoming, was having Jordan as our sales associate that we talked with. Finally… someone who knew the product but didn’t have an agenda with our conversation. It felt like a normal interaction, not a sales pitch. He came across as genuinely helpful, wanting to help us make the best purchase for our budget and family. He helped educate us more on hot tubs and really won our trust over.The hot tub we got has been fantastic and even when there was a small leak somewhere, it was extremely easy and streamlined to get fixed and didn’t cost us anything. Everything from start to installation and now enjoying it, has been a great experience. Thanks Jordan and Motor City Hot Tubs for making a potentially overwhelming decision painless and fun!

My salesman Joe was highly educated in the business and gave me plenty of suggestions and ideas of what my first Swim Spa should be. My pricing was well adjusted to the market and communication was always accessible. I understand when you buy magic jacuzzi or this one spot is not an item that gets delivered in two days so be patient and enjoy the fun of me when you get it.

Very good service And a very pleasant time when I got my jacuzzi and delivery was fast and they came over to my house and took me through the operation of my jacuzzi step by step and they call and check with me that things are OK and if I need any help I am very satisfied and I yous my jacuzzi every day I love it

Very helpful and informative for a first time buyer. I am very happy with my new Wellis hot tub. Delivery was easy and great communication from drop off crew. My electrician set it up for me. I have been enjoying it since. Motor City Hot Tub called to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions. Great experience

Was rather disappointed after I received my tub..I had questions so I called my sales rep (Keith) twice no response so I called back and was connected to (Tom) I believe was his name..so I asked the questions and he told me "slow down" and scan the Qr code on paperwork for answers..I told him that's the issues the QRcodes are for 4 different tubs not mine..So he told me I just text that info to me..24 hrs later still no text..And trying to find info on a Generation Legacy (Alpha) tub is just not online..Especially any info for activation of any type of warranty!!!I need this information to protect my product and I need a copy of owners manual!!!

Very nice place and helpful staff. Only a call away and very educated. Quality products and very competitive pricing. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is when buying a hot tub they should provide a person to balance water when home owner is ready to do so.

Excellent service and awesome tubs. I'm glad I went there to get my hot tub. They're very knowledgeable and great people. Delivering it into my backyard and setting it in place was like nothing for them. Very simple. I highly recommend them for your hot tub needs.

I'm glad I purchased my hot tub from Motorcity Hot tubs. They have been exceptional with communication and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. My hot tub got delivered during the winter and the pipes had ice in them. One of there techs came out within an hour and fixed it free of charge. I Highly recommend them if you need a hot tub.
