I was skeptical of coming to this clinic based on the reviews, however, my experience was extremely positive. Pactitioner Teresa was knowledgeable, sympathetic, and diagnosed the problem quickly. My appointment was on time and I was able to pick up the prescribed medication right there at the pharmacy counter. Do not hesitate to use this clinic.

Wish I could give this place a negative rating. If you have a life, do not bother making an appointment as you will wait hours regardless. Unprofessional individuals

Wait time is horrible. Almost 2 hours. Would have given it a 0 star rating if that was an option.

Please avoid CVS MinuteClinics. I am a current grad school student going for a career as a health care provider. I had several titer test that I needed to get ordered and done in order to start my Masters program. I thought doing it here would be a good idea because the price to see a provider was more affordable. What the provider doesn't tell you (or may just be uneducated in the matter) is that the payment you make in the clinic is not associated with the amount that you need to owe to the lab. So when you ask them after the visit, "Is this payment for the labs and the visit", and they say yes, they're lying. I was sent to collections for the labs that were ordered by the Nurse Practitioner here after being told that the total payment made in clinic was for both the visit and lab order. To avoid all this, pay the extra money and just go see your PCP. There's a reason these clinics are so cheap...they're unethical and uneducated. As a future health care provider, I will never want to work in a place like this, nor refer patients or anyone to a CVS Minute Clinic.

Wow just wow. Hour wait with an appointment. About as friendly as a hornet. Charged for extended visit while was only 20 minutes. My 19 year old son had a viral respiratory infection. Asked for a steroid shot and told no way. 4995 highland road location. Will never go back. 288 dollars for a piece of paper saying he was there. ???

Only reason this is 1 star is because they don't have ZERO as an option. 2 hour wait for an appointment, then they call and reschedule for that appointment. I do my part and come on time again, only to find out they don't even perform the service that they failed on and rescheduled. These may be good people, but they are either LACK INTEGRITY or COMPETENCY to be a medical clinic. They could not even play middleman on a sleep apnea test. I would not trust this level of incompetence with my health. Not being able manage simple clerical transactions has to be a sign of how poor they will manage your health. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Absolute garbage

I don't know why they have you schedule an appointment when they take everyone as they walk in. Had to wait well over an hour past my scheduled appointment. I was asked if I could do things, but not asked to demonstrate. No blood pressure or temperature taken. Just a pulse ox. Whatever. It's over. They didn't take my insurance. It's still better than waiting 3 months to get into the doctor's office for just a physical. Would have been a $30 copay at the docs, but paid $70 instead. Again, just glad it's over.

Negative ten stars!!Warning - if Leah F (the NP) is working, run away as fast as you can. You'd be better off dying a slow, painful death than dealing with her incompetence for 90 plus minutes. It's a miracle she can even make it to work. HIPAA violations galore, didn't clean/sanitize between patients, and completely computer illiterate. She had to call IT for help twice while I was in the room. She had them on her personal cell phone on speaker, and the guy on the other end wanted to make sure she wasn't with a patient. She lied to him and told him she wasn't, when I was right there in the room. Epic issues, printer issues, scanner issues, etc. but really it boils down to operator issues. I saw 7 other patients' medical info because she kept leaving her Epic up while she left the room and had patient info scattered all over. Leah was rummaging through the cabinets in the room looking for the thermometer and other equipment. She reminded me of a toddler trying to play doctor. She also needs a lesson on hand hygiene. Not once did she sanitize. Yuck! She also left the exam room door open for the first 30 minutes. Another patient actually came in. I've already contacted the Joint Commission about this. The certificate in the exam room shows their accreditation is expired.Someone needs to do a for cause FPPE on her because I don't think she should be working clinically.

Absolutely rude and I will never go back to this minute clinic!! The doctor or PA who was there on 3/19/23 . Was so rude and disrespectful to me . I didn’t understand that the protocol has changed and she literally yelled at me. Told me if I didn’t like it I should leave !! She also said she was by herself and doing everything!! Well it’s tough indeed but it’s not how you treat patients or anyone for that matter !!This is what you say to someone who is not well non the less to anyone?? The other gentleman before was yelled at too! I walked up to tell the clerks in the front but of course they said they weren’t connected to the minute clinic but they were sorry !! Never again ! Bye CVS minute clinic!!

My NP, Lisa, was one of the kindest medical professionals I have ever interacted with. She is highly personable and kind. My appointment was on time and went reasonably fast.

I called ahead and they said walk ins were welcome. They said come on in and the doctor will see you. I came in and was turned away. They said I had to make an appointment, but by that time they had filled up.

Awful experience. The NP showed up 15 minutes late for my youngest child's appointment, which was the first appointment of the day. Somehow this then made her an hour late for my second child's appointment, which was only the third appointment of her day. She was running over an hour and a half late by the time we left. I'm not sure what she was doing because she didn't spend more than 20 minutes with us at either appointment. More egregiously, she missed a cellulitis infection in my 20 month old's eye. The NP spent more time trying to take his blood pressure than looking at his eye. I'm just grateful she was obviously incompetent because it clued me in that he might need to be seen somewhere else. My son was diagnosed with the eye infection four hours later; he had the exact same symptoms then as he did at the clinic. A terrible, dangerous experience. Avoid at all cost, especially if you're thinking of taking young kids.

Terrible service, these people are in the wrong business. I don’t understand how you can consider yourself a medical professional. I will be filing my incident with HIPPa. Stay away from this place they lie to patients. Tony Hungs assistant swore at me and said some nasty things and lied about my prescription. When I tried to bring it up with the manager Tony he shrugged it off and said he does not care. Go to a pharmacy that cares, this is not the one.
