After spending two days bed ridden from a strained groin muscle, and no aid to help me walk, I was desperate to find a pair of crutches. After checking all my resources, I finally searched medical supplies on the internet and came across MI Medical Supply. Upon making a phone call and explaining my handicapped situation, the customer care lady I spoke with had a pair of crutches delivered to my home with in a few hours. I just want to say to her how grateful I am for the empathy and concern she put forth to helping me with my dire need.

Every time i have been in the store, Everyone I've dealt with, has been great - the staff is very knowledgeable and they go out of their way to be helpful!
This time they assisted with a wheelchair for my Dad. My dad and myself say thank you.

Every interaction with MI MED has been exceptional! The team has gone out of their way to help us get a hospital bed as quickly as possible, and when we had issues with the rails, they came out within a day to fix the issue. Everyone has been super polite and kind!

I would like to thank Naomi for her excellent customer service and help that came natural . I was in a situation where I had purchased 2 wheelchairs from Amazon and paid extra for them to be assembled. I got the chairs and waited 1 week for contractor to come assemble them, I got a call that contractor quit I was so disappointed about ,I return the chairs. Now this is where Naomi comes in at Mi Med. At first I rented 2 chairs for my parents , they are elderly can walk but not for long distances. The next day after I rented them I decided I wanted to buy them and spoke to Naomi she told me she would owner and call me back and true to her word she did in less than 20 minutes with great news it was ok. Then my aunt needed one also Naomi made that happen also. I needed the chairs because my niece is graduating college this weekend. Naomi is a gem and asset to Mi Med,and I thank her from the bottom of my heart. You rock Naomi. Please support this business for all your medical supply needs I know I will.

I truly appreciate how MI Med went above and beyond to get me a hospital bed for my family member. The customer service was superb and Naomi made sure to address all of my concerns and was always so patient. Also one the owners personally came and delivered my bed so I would have it in time. Definitely an awesome experience and would use them again for any of my medical equipment needs.

Lucas is extremely helpful. He came out to my house to fix my chair which was still under warranty, and it was a very simple repair. He is very professional and kind. Everyone on the phone has also been professional and kind. I am grateful to this supply store for making my life easier. I also have a scooter and I love that it makes my job so much easier as I've ride all around my church. Thank you.

I took my scooter to MiMed right when the pandemic started because I was having issues with it. I had originally bought it from Binson's and they weren't able to see me for over a month. MiMed got me in that week and helped me until my issue was resolved. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will no longer be using Binson's and will be going to MiMed for anything medical that I need. Thanks Chris and Joe for all you have done!
