This is the best store to go noail gave me the best deal for a new phone. He transferred all my contacts and took the time to transfer all my pictures from my old phone to the new phone and he was nice and helpful. Go see him and he will take care of everything that you need. I drive extra miles just to come to this store he's very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best store to go to! I went to buy a phone and the guy there didn't let me walkout without buying a new phone for the amount I wanted to spend and he took care of me and transferred all my information to my new phone. Go see Noail he will help you with ever you need and he even lowered my bill for me and gave me a tablet really cheap. I highly recommend this place and they will treat you family

I've been a customer for 10+ years. All of the people who work at this location are extremely nice and go out of their way to be helpful. Today Nour helped me activate an unlocked flip phone. Because it was an unlocked phone, my bill was going to increase by $10. Nour took the time to call customer service and successfully switched me into a plan that cost $15 less ($5 less than my original plan). He also transferred over all my contacts which was a big help.

Really nice people they showed me all the phones I can buy and they explained to me the phones and what they're capable of and they showed me how to use the phone they set up my Google account and they transferred all my information my contacts and I'm really happy about my phone purchase. I had a really great experience with noail he did everything for me, he took his time to help with the phone

I had several operational issues with my phone. The rep couldn't help me with any of them and told me to come back in a few days to see a different rep. I did so but that rep also couldn't (or wouldn't?) help me either. I also wanted to set up automatic payments for my phone bill but was told that I could only do that over the phone. I explained that I have a hard time with technical issues and I'm hard of hearing, Etc and would appreciate it if he could assist me with that while I was in the store. He refused. He seemed very unwilling to do anything in terms of customer service to help me and was completely tone deaf to any of my problems or frustrations with the phone. I might add that I've been going to the same store for nearly 10 years and the previous man who worked (Larry) there used to help me every time. But now that they have new people working in the store, no one wants to help. It's almost like they are asking me to leave their service. Something I'm considering doing.
