Best place ever. Alvin is a great salesperson. He takes the time to explain everything thing to you about the phone you're buying. He's not like some golf and other mobile phone companies that have hidden prices after you buy. If he tells you what your bill will be, that price is your only payment. I have been going for over 10 years at that store. I will never go to another brand. Metropcs and Alvin have my business for life.

Alvin and Carlos are the ABSOLUTE BEST when it comes to knowledge, customer service, and relatability. We live 30 minutes away, but will always make the drive to see them when we need help!!

Give Carlos and Brett a raise!Customer service seems like it's at a low these days but not here. I probably passed a dozen metro stores to go to this one, I talked to Carlos on the phone and he seemed cool so off we went. These guys are great, very personable and friendly. Happy holidays guys.
