Give Carlos and Brett a raise!Customer service seems like it's at a low these days but not here. I probably passed a dozen metro stores to go to this one, I talked to Carlos on the phone and he seemed cool so off we went. These guys are great, very personable and friendly. Happy holidays guys. Carlos was fantastic! He helped me get a new phone for my hubby. He was fast, knowledgeable and got me a great deal. The atmosphere was chill and comfortable and never got pushed into something we did not want. His co worker was nice as well! Great duo. Thanks again! ?

I'm so glad I read the other reviews and went to this location I had almost given up on going metro after being in two other stores but I read the reviews and these guys truly are AH-mazing!!! I drove 30 mins to check them out and they did not disappoint! I will definitely only go see these guys and recommend them to any & everyone!
