On January 5th I went to drive thru at approximately 3.15pm.I pull up then another person pulls up in another line how do they get service before you please explain.Then I left a not so good review which I just took down I noticed the owner did not reply to mine but he replied to everyone else.Not to mention in my review I said I was a person of color umm.Maybe just maybe I'm on to something here..I usually try to go the Great Lakes community branch which is farther away but the ladies there are a lot more friendly.But in any case the lady that I deal with is nice compared to some of the other ones at this branch.Seeing that I noticed that I got no reply says a lot just saying so I give the young lady who takes care of me 5 stars the establishment gets 1 star.Have a blessed day and enjoy.Thank you !!!

This is a terrible credit union. The people working here are rude. What caused me to recently close our accounts and leave was calling for a loan pay off and receiving another persons documents. This included their ss numbers address loan numbers banking numbers. It was all their mortgage documents. I have advised all my family members of this so they can also find another banking institution. They are careless. I would never do my banking there it is a matter of time before it happens to me!

In reference to the Waterford branch - great experience! I am glad I walked in to inquire and open an account.With need of having a local brick and mortar banking location to go into, knew I was going to have some issues with a background of life struggles.However, I was treated with respect and a banking rep that was willing to work with me and make it so I could have an account open. Will take a little time to build up a banking history and open other accounts with the C. U., what a pleasure to be welcomed and allow me a chance. And to spend time with and for me to be able to be a memberA+ experience for me.

Omg... Where do I start how slow the drive threw is like a 15 min wait minimum it's insane! Or maybe it's how the people who work there look unkept and unprofessional?Where do I start. I thought the rudeness and unprofessionalism was bad enough at the Birmingham CU location. I'm going to have to switch all of my accounts to Genius CU, customer serv is awesome and they are open till 1 on Saturday. Love Frankenmuth CU but not these guys, to bad.

No warnings, they closed both of my accounts and took the money that was in there. I guess it doesn't matter that I've called twice this year to try to gain access to my account and change my name. shame on those of us who have to work 70 hrs a week and don't get days off.

I used to love this place but over the last 5 years it has gone south. Cant do online transfers between banks anymore. The online features are all but useless now. Everything has to be done in person, I travel a lot for work and cant move money to pay off my credit cards anymore. When I call they tell me I have to be there in person and they cant help me. No can do when I'm working 2,000 miles away for 6 months........ I will be closing my account of 30 years...............

Bull crap the one in Holly is closed friday & saturday to! How would you like to wait to get your deposit? Then the only other bank is clear out in Waterford no one will bother to tell us or answer calls if it is open! My sister even says time to switch banks! This was my pay day! Really unfair to wait 3 to 4 days to get my cash! Thanks for ruining my whole weekend!!
