Don't believe anything you hear and half of what you see . I know this place and buy used parts! I've never been treated in a rude manner and never bought a car part that didn't meet my expectations ! Scrap Dog hence the name . I Give 5 stars because I'm a top google reviewer that gives credit where credit is do . Kate Wilson you've given 7 reviews and what you posted is bass acwards. Who in there right mind would give a car buyer the title before they had there money in there hand . I say nobody unless there totally ignorant . Never give a bad review for a gain from a lower quality business like you did with Scrap Dog . As far as 2 stars you have to give at least 1 star to post a review . That's my opinion of your credibly!!!!!!

Absolute worst customer service, dude picks up the phone and goes “MACKS!”…I asked this dude a question and he answers no and hangs up the phone, like buddy I was about to ask ya another question…Not my fault you are a grown man working at a junk yard bahahaha

Don't waste your time buying parts here. They sell defective engines. They say they will replace it but don't. Customer service is very rude to you. They don't care how or what they say to you. In no way should they use profanity and call you out your name when you confront them about their parts not working.
