Tried to upsell me a part I didn't even need in my car. A $500 fix was gonna be $1400 here. Do not recommend getting repairs here they will scam you

I’m beyond happy with my experience at Lunghamer. Chase, Gary, and Jeff were amazing while purchasing my 2021 GMC Terrain. I’ll definitely be referring people to Lunghamer and I’ll definitely come back once I’m ready for my next upgrade!

I wish I could rate this with 10 stars! Candace was EXTREMELY helpful and catered to my vehicle needs. I was able to get the best monthly payment, financing options, and vehicle features. Lunghamer blew all other dealerships out of the water when it came to vehicle selection, client experience, and efficiency. I will be purchasing all of my future vehicles from Candace.

The dealer has become very bad since the former service rep died and quit. A oil change with free tire rotation cost me more than Serra Buick GMC in Rochester hills with a oil change and a paid tire rotation. The shown me a different brand of cabin filter and air filter to tell me I new new filters even though I still have 85% life left on my dash readout. Don't fall for their tricks

Well bought a used vehicle from there for my wife. Vehicle was supposed to be detailed exterior as well as engine compartment. After picking up the vehicle and getting home, I popped the hood to check all the fluid levels. That's when I noticed the engine compartment was not detailed, Fast forward several calls and an appointment later to detail/ clean engine bay still not done 2 satisfaction. I pick up the vehicle, Asked the salesman and he he told me,Yes everything had been addressed. I get home once again. 45 minutes later pop the hood and to my surprise. I do not see a detailed engine compartment. I still see a dirty engine compartment. They had the vehicle overnight and did accommodate me with a loaner. However, 2 visits later engine compartment is still not steam Cleaned and detailed, I will not be bringing this vehicle back. It is very disappointing to endure this kind of service. Spent twenty thousand dollars on a vehicle and I am detailing the engine compartment myself now. It's the details People that matter that make or break a sale, as well as relationships for future business. Do what you say and say what you do. But most importantly, be honest with the customers. Treat people like you like to be treated. It's only human.

Purchasing my new lease at Lunghamer was one of the best experiences I have ever had when getting a new car. Jessica was amazing and helped not only to make sure that I was in the vehicle I wanted, but also to make sure that the vehicle would fit all my needs in the future as well. From start to finish I was treated with nothing but respect, all steps were explained in a way that made understanding easy, and I was never left feeling like I didn't know what was going on.
Also a huge shout out to Jill in finance for helping make the lease signing process easy and understandable, and to Scott for making sure I was getting the best truck. I would highly recommend the team over at Lunghamer when looking for your next vehicle as it was such a relief knowing everyone was working hard to get me the very best.

Oil change, tire rotation, and inspection report.
Noticed the inspection report stated all tires were set to 35 PSI,
The tire monitor showed the tires were rotated, because the one that was 37 PSI was on the back right was now on the front left.
Tire pressures were 35, 36, 36, and 37 PSI before the service and were 35, 36, 36, and 37 PSI. Just how accurate is the inspection report and was the oil filter changed?
I'm sure someone knows.

I had a great experience walking into the dealership & explained to the manager Dave what I wanted to accomplish turning in my Ecore lease. He introduced me to Damond the car sales man.
He listened to me & was very pleasant with me . Not pushy! Went over options & badda Bing! Got me into a new Encore GX & stayed with in my lease pymt I was looking for.
