Numerous occasions they deposit my money in the wrong account. I can deal with that when I get home online, so not really that big of a deal. Today I pulled up through the drive-thru and sent my check and my card through. Nobody came to the window. I hit the call button about five times and still nobody. After about 10 minutes I pulled up and went inside. The excuse I was given was that they were short-staffed and someone was on lunch. I totally understand that in today's Times. BUT, I literally saw people pull up and walk inside being serviced before me. Don't think I'll be back to this location again.

I went there with a friend who has an account and the way that they used the personal touch to assist her with her banking needs, with another member who appeared to have a hard time managing her account and her mother's, convinced that this place is much more than a credit union. It's family.
