This Kroger needs help. Understaffed. Shortage of food. Musical chairs for which entrance is open. Very nice staff. Overall, please make this Kroger as good as every other Kroger I go to.

I am giving them two stars because of the smell that permeates throughout the store. Not sure if the smell is coming from the sushi bar or what but store management needs to address it.

Accused me of theft at you scan, found nothing wrong then got mad at me for not wanting to buy groceries from someone who falsely accuses me of a crime. they didnt even have the decency to say sorry.

Why does this location always smell? I have been rotating between the Commerce and Clarkston locations because of it even though this one is in my neighborhood.

I was at the highland store today on M59 and I'm 70 years old and handicapped. The girl that bagged my groceries Marsha help me with my groceries to the car and unloaded all of it for me. I'll give her a five star today.Thank You Marsha ?

Store is clean. Staff pleasant. I just do not understand why this area does no get a larger Kroger like the ones in White Lake and Commerce? Does not seem fare? Pharmacy is ok. ✅

This literally use to be my favorite Kroger store until they over charged me by $21.00 I’ve literally been waiting on a refund for a month. I’ve went there numerous times. Spoke with a manager called the 800 number and still nothing. I’m so disappointed I even told the manager look just give me a gift card. We called the 800 number together since my order was made and purchased online for in store pick up. Still no refund it’s been passed 7-10 business days. I just don’t understand big companies like this. You make a mistake take someone’s hard earned money and still won’t refund them. I’m disappointed and will NEVER return again. If you order online and they run out they will substitute for another item and charge you full price even when it’s on sale. Beware!

Staff was helpful and products were available...like everything these days bring patience and practice being nice to folks...it is much more fun that way!!!
