Horrible bank. Rates are way worse than other banks no matter if your credit is amazing. Unable to talk to a real person on the phone. Have a lot of fees. Only dealt with this bank because a dealership got us into a loan with them (and we never used the bank before). Avoid at all cost and go anywhere else.

Staff wasn't very helpful and didn't seem to care about solving the problem I had. I will be switching banks soon.
