Always very kind and they make sure to help whoever comes in. Went through the drive through with my mom when her car broke down in the drive through, they were so kind! An employee came out and brought his car around and gave my mom's car a jump. Huntington will forever be my go to bank!

Horrible place! Don't bank here! 2 of us have used Huntington over 30 yrs. Both have over 100 thousand in accounts (not that money means anybody should be treated differently!). This newer branch, treat you like garbage! Makes up rules, ideas & whatever out of thin air. The employees are rude, classless, uneducated, failures of society! Customers come 1st & are why you have a job! Very obvious why branches are closing all over the place! We WILL be moving our money & business elsewhere. Good thing is, we have family, friends & businesses that will follow us! Sad & shameful. Plus, how can you not have an ATM that functions daily? It's not a McDonald's ice cream machine!

My grandmother who speaks broken English was with tcf before it switched to Huntington. She was used to the same people helping her as she always needed the same thing done which was cashing a check. When she got switched over to Huntington, she had to get used to new people.Ricardo has been helping her a lot. When I come in with my grandmother who has questions, he is so patient and friendly with us. He takes his time to get us the answers we need and continues to help us in any way possible. He is by far the most helpful person we’ve ever met within Huntington bank! Thank you to Ricardo!

I would like to share my experience with other customers of Huntington bank in Waterford so that you avoid this bank . When you are trying to take some money out of your account and avoid everyone seeing you carry out a lot of cash by asking for a cashiers check made out to you personally there is a $6 to take out your own money. I completely understand when a customer asks for a cashier check to be made payable to another entity but one is made out to you for purposes of taking out your own money is unacceptable. I will take my business somewhere else . When I brought my complain to the attention of the Teller instead of waiving the fee he said there’s nothing he can do. It’s a lie cashiers check fee can be waived by branch teller . Also customer service when calling was not willing to assist either. It’s crazy to me that no one was willing to accommodate for the small $6 to get customer satisfaction for something they should not be charging in the first place. Please take your business somewhere else Who actually appreciate your business..

I went to use the atm machine 11/23/22, and of course it doesn’t work. I put in 260$ the machine said that I “didn’t put the money in on time” then the screen froze and took my money. This was close to the time the inside of the bank was closing. I walk up to the door to tell the workers the atm took my money. And instead of helping me the girl looks right at me and shuts the door in my face. All the workers saw me there It’s extremely rude to your customers who need help to do that. So concerned with leaving that you’re rude. It’s now been a week and I still don’t have my money. This bank has done nothing but mess up my bills. So many times I couldn’t pay my bills and now I still can’t pay my bill because you STILL have my money. DON’T USE HUNTINGTON. Please don’t use it the bank is completely unreliable and at least at this location the workers are rude.

Huntington is a great bank, but this branch no longer has a walk-up ATM, which is really stupid and a major inconvenience for me.

The absolute worst financial institution I have ever been a customer of in my entire life they invade your privacy they violate every law on the face of the planet they are disrespectful they lie about what you'll get with your checking account and I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone and I mean anyone they are the worst bank ever I will post more to prove it do not bank with these people it doesn't matter how desperate you are do not think with these people they will violate every privacy law every personal information they lie about what you're getting with your accounts do not please do not avoid this bank at all costs

Went there to Cash Five checks, was shorted $100. never said sorry have a good day nothing just gave me my money back. Was told the computer made the mistake. What a joke.

ATM never work at any locations. This location you cannot do anything for the last week. The location at Baldwin an brown you can only deposit one bill at a time.... this is ridiculous

I had a great experience at this branch. Very friendly staff, expeditious, processed my transactions quickly and unlike other banks (competitors) did ask a buch of dales questions.

Huntington bank is a great place where I do my banking. The staff is very nice and caring and very helpful. The inside of the bank is very clean and well maintained.
